Very friendly staff, very knowledgeable they help you unload if you're by yourself. If there's enough people that day, they're just human, they're awesome.

We are fortunate to have the finest garbage service anywhere. They go the extra mile to make sure customers are satisfied. From owners to front line employees they are the best. Nobody understands that if a big company came in rather than STR we would be treated horribly. They are the first to step up and donate to any one who needs it.

Just moved here permanently and so had to get rid of a few truck loads of stuff. I found the staff from the front office to the dump site to be polite and professional. The guys that pick up trash weekly are likewise polite and professional.

Having gone on field trips and learning about the inner workings -I am impressed! They recover more by hand-sorting recyclables that curb-side programs. They also have a reputation for honoring their employees well.

The refuse center is really nice and the weekly pickups have been fine…For a small town they have it figured out

our cans and bring them close to the house.

The line went fast. We had broken concrete, about 1/4 a truck load, 10.00. I was pleasantly surprised.

The transfer station is open on Saturday as well from 8am-5pm. Friendly staff, efficient operation.
