*This company handles luggage, why are they listed as a restaurant?*
February 4th (this morning) I got a call saying that the suitcase United Airlines lost the night before was to be delivered to my dorm room later that day and that it should arrive in Seattle by plane at 1pm. 6pm I checked online and found out that Bags Inc was handling my suitcase and would bring it to me.
I didn't hear anything until 10pm, when a Bags Inc employee delivered it to me.
MY SUITCASE WAS STRAPPED ONTO THE ROOF OF HIS RUSTY OLD STATION WAGON.
He, or the people of Bags Inc, must have kept it in their smoking area, because the suitcase STINKS of cigarette smoke and now my dorm room smells too.
Stay away from Bags Inc.

Poor leadership mindset, Senior "Petty" Joe thinks it is the 1600 and is running a plantation. Poor management always leads to poor customer service.

Tried to use their curbside check in at Sea Tac airport. Waited 20 minutes while a mumbling employee fumbled with logging in to the system, misspelling my name, tagging our bags on the wrong flight, and ultimately throwing up his hands and saying he can’t do it - and sending us inside to check in, in the rudest way possible. Sigh. The women inside at the American counter were lovely and had it knocked out in 3 minutes with zero issues. Unclear why Bags Inc gets to operate this curbside bag check for American.

I really want to give a better rating, because the staff really was quite helpful, but the simple fact of me b needing to go there was enough to drop the rating to a 1-star.
Because Bags Inc monopolized the delivery market, their service can tank and there is nothing that anyone can do about it. In this instance, I had gone to their distribution center to retrieve a "rush" car seat delivery and personally take it to one of our elite passengers because it had already been in Bags Inc's possession for 6 hours.
The week was exceptionally busy for bag deliveries, but with delivering bags being the sole function of this company, I would've expected contingency plan for times as such.

Terrible communication. Expectations set high - very poor delivery. Sometimes all it takes is a quick phone call/quick txt/ simple email to keep business relations in a professional manner. It’s called communication. Learn it. Live it. These people do not know how to communicate professional. Good luck to you next customer. They will need it.

If you are missing your luggage dont contact BAGS, you will only hear lies about when it will be arriving and slow down the process of actually getting your bag to you. Tip the driver if they are nice, they don't make much and are independent contractors.
If you are thinking about working here, I would advise you to look elsewhere. You will have issues with your pay being short and the upper management could care less about you as a person.

Appallingly unprofessional. They had our bags for over 4 days without even an attempt to call our registered number or even email us. No attempt whatsoever to fulfill delivery. Nobody even answers the public phone line that they have registered with the company.
On top of that, no attempt to fulfill the delivery promised on their own website. Incredibly lax attitude from a company with a third rate work culture. #LowStandards

The WORSE customer service and business. Terrible communications, extremely slow and does not follow up. No airport or airlines should be utilizing their service if they actually cared about customer service.
