The only reason they are getting one star is because I couldn’t give them zero. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I ordered six cribs for my daycare and ask them to be shipped as soon as possible. After 10 days of not hearing back, I emailed to ask when the cribs would be shipped. After two days of waiting I finally heard back that the cribs that I ordered were out of stock, even though i The only reason they are getting one star is because I couldn’t give them zero. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I ordered six cribs for my daycare and ask them to be shipped as soon as possible. After 10 days of not hearing back, I emailed to ask when the cribs would be shipped. After two days of waiting I finally heard back that the cribs that I ordered were out of stock, even though on the website it still said in stock. They tried to make it better by ordering me different cribs that they told me would be shipped by the date I needed them. After several more days of waiting I found out that The cribs would not arrive on time. When I proceeded to call the company, I ended up getting yelled at by the lady to be quiet and listen to her and after listening to her first seven minutes she still wouldn’t let me get a word in explaining my side of the story. Long story short they canceled the order without permission from me and I still do not have my cribs that I need to open my daycare in four days.
