Ok, in this sector of retail, there is not a single deserving competitor anywhere. And I mean the Continental US of A near here. Disregard the Orange guys.. ( don't mean to confuse you), however, I find that Lowe's is simply sharp and clean. I do enough at job sites than have more exposure around a dusty low-light infirmary. I want see where I am going to be...clean and tidy with room in my head to think measurements...too much? Not enough,? There are major decisions. And to most, they are made underneath a Lowe's roof. There are no leaks, ha ha!!.... I don't deal well with backup alarms on front end loaders, dusty floors, but most of all, unanswered phone calls wailing away... eternally. .... Blue is for you, and no antidepressants or antianxiety meds required. Prices? Always competetive.

Erica at this Collierville location was one of the best employees I’ve seen in a while at Lowe’s in the Mid-South. She went above and beyond to help me out in getting my tax exempt info up to date and also was very kind, energetic, and knowledgeable. She’s got it 👌 She was a big relief despite the typical Memphis area service. Keep up the good work, Erica!

I found everything I needed quickly at very fair prices. I've done several remodels and built a 12'x26-foot deck in the last 3 years with Lowe's supplying everything. Works for me!

I absolutely love Lowes, and the staff is always accommodating. I typically get pool supplies and basic home repair items. Recently, I had some bad storms and did some fence repairs!

Visiting my daughter and ran to Lowes. I shop at Lowes all the time in my hometown but found employees at Collierville Lowes to be super helpful and friendly. Wish I got this kind of service at my Lowes. Zee was especially sweet. Went out of her way to find exactly what we needed. Even had to go up in lift to open a box. Joked with us and had sweetest smile. Thanks Zee!

Had some odds and ends projects I needed to do around the house. Ordered my stuff on line mid afternoon. Within a few minutes, I get an email saying my order was ready for pickup. Drove to Lowe's and let them know which space I was in. Within a couple of minutes, Connor (he told me hi name) came out with my order and loaded it in the bed of my truck. Connor was an exceptionally nice young man; asked how I was doing. It was a good experience.

I love the associate in the plumbing section. He’a my go-to-guy for solutions even buying from outside Lowe’s if they don’t sell it.

I like lowes over home depot. May just be that it seems cleaner and brighter and I like cobalt and that they now offer craftsman tools

One awesome place to shop... Customer service awesome also.. I do flooring and I need material now, well the material that I bought out they had a ballet on the very top of the self's and oh yeah it's almost closing time and I run out of material and need it asap ..... A manager with the name Poppy in the flooring department had another employee grad the pallet off for me... Thank you Poppy . She's the best......🛣👍

Ot has been two years since I needed to replace the foam 29" wide by 4' used in the 3 backstops I use in teaching Plistol Safety at the Glenview Community Center for youth as part of 4-H. And, again the staff cut the 4'×8' sheets into 3 20" pieces so I could get them I to my SUV. Thanks to the staff for their help!

I was able to get remarkably good help from a wonderful young man in a department unrelated to what I needed but he stopped what he was doing and came to help me in fittings/plumbing / electrical .
I was very impressed and I will definitely shop there again

Lowe's has so many great products and prices. If you need paint, tools, rugs, kitchen items,washers and almost everything you need for your home. Did I mention wood fencing? All kinds. Gotta love Lowe's.

Top level service by Poppy. From flooring, to paint to lighting she does it all. She is extremely friendly and always helpful. Also want to mention Nita, painting was not her department but she went above and beyond to help me choose the perfect color.
