Best customer service I have ever experienced at a dress shop. They went above and beyond to find the size in the dress my daughter wanted. This will be our #1 dress shop from now on.

Adding Once Upon A Dress as one of my new favorite local boutiques to shop. Not only do they have a beautiful collection of gowns arranged by color (so so pretty!), but they also have some really cute clothes and jewelry and accessories. If I was shopping for a formal gown, I would go there too … so easy to move around and look, to try on dresses … it’s airy and well-lit, not overwhelming. The owner was super kind and helpful! The girls that worked there were also so nice. Great service and selection.

This place is awesome. The people there are so kind and helping.
They ask u all about what your looking for and ur age. I would definitely recommend going there. There dresses are amazing to and beautiful.

Beautiful dresses

Small shop. Not a huge selection. We were looking for larger sizes. (16-20). They said they could order in larger sizes if we found something we liked. Staff was pretty helpful in suggesting options. Surprisingly-(because of the smaller selection), we found the right dress in the right size.

Staff was friendly and assertive. Alteration was crappy. When we went back for final fitting dress looked dirty, I ask for it to be cleaned and they assured me it would be. Beads was loose. I picked up dress, it still looked dirty. I told owner how I felt. She got agitated and loud. For what I paid for dress to (rent), I expected better. I wasnt sattisfied, I dont think I will be going back. Very displeased.

Since arriving to the store, we did not receive any help. There were two other shoppers and all of the workers helped them. The other shoppers were of the same race as them, not calling them racist but they were very nice to their own race. We ask for help multiple times for help, asking “what color this dress comes in “ and etc. I had to put clips on my friends dresses so that they will look good on her as she was trying them on; they saw me trying to fix my friend’s dress and continued to not help. The experience all round was not good. Need improvements on customer service, especially to all races. The only reason they got two stars was because my friend found a dress.

Worst customer service ever !!!! We were in your store on Saturday , and we were not ask to be helped by not one single person . There were at least 3 young girls and one older lady working that day. Noone offered there assistance or ask if we needed help. They just stood around and looked at us . The older lady walked around me several times and ignored me. Never spoke to me or my husband . There was another customer trying on dresses and they made sure to assist her. They pulled the dresses for her to try on, assisted her with fitting, and made sugestions of things she would like, all while my daughter had to pull her own dresses and my other daughter had to assist her with trying them on. Because we were treated this way , we would never give you our business or recommend to anyone. Yall were so rude ! But from reading your reviews , this isn't the first time . And I'm sure not the last ! But don't worry it will be for us .

I’ve been dress shopping at several places and this was by far my worst experience. There was only one lady who worked in there who was actually somewhat helpful and nice. The others were some of the most rude staff I’ve ever dealt with. Not a good selection of dresses at all. They honestly seemed like they couldn’t care less if they got our business or not. I would not recommend. I will definitely never go back.

do not go shopping for pageant dresses if you are not a size 00 or 0, they have all the pretty dresses for the skinny girls. while the plain ones were left for the bigger girls. if you are going to be a dress store, have some for ALL sizes.

size 4 and up? forget about shopping here if you want to find a beautiful dress. all the dresses that were sparkly or stunning were 00-4. staff was also unfriendly and made you seem dumb for needing a bigger size.

This store is awful with customer service. We were not greeted. We were not asked if we needed help. Their workers saw us and ignored that we were there. If I could give this store a -10 review I would. Honestly I could get better service at a McDonald's.

paid $780 for a dress and alterations…beautiful dress…but they messed the alterations all up. terrible❤
