Burger King

I had a special request for a hamburger ordered to go without being assembled and everything wrapped separately. The meat, the bun, and the vegetables separated because I still had 20 minutes before getting to a patient's house who wanted a fresh hamburger. , And very accommodating. The food of course is always fresh. I do so appreciate that they went the extra mile with such great attitudes.

This place has had it fair share of problems in the past..but they have done a great job cleaning up the place..good health scores..98 percent...almost perfect.i had a great experience food was prepared wonderfully..I am so happy they got this place together because I love me some burger king.King.. keep up the good work..and go rams!!

We came through the drive thru tonight to grab something quick, and the young man working the drive thru was super polite, kind, and was doing an awesome job! The drive thru was super busy, but he got our order 100% correct and also gave us plenty of napkins and ketchup without even being asked. Wished we would have gotten his name. He sure exhibited characteristics that are not seen much anymore! Great job!

This BK is amazing! They always cook my food fresh no matter what time of day I'm there. Seriously best Burger King food I've ever had EVERY time😁😁😁

The associate behind the counter name was Victoria , she was nice && very patient ; we had a big order but she rang our food and fixed it for us and we enjoyed it . I even tipped her for her hospitality

Taking the time to do this review just because this Burger King has really stepped it's game up.
My siblings wanted chicken fries so I hesitantly stopped here even though I'd had issues before at this location with rude employees and just horrible attitudes...
Today they've received an old customer back!
Looks like they've got a whole new staff and they were more than friendly and very attentive.

got the new wrap and it was sooo good.

Just was in the dining area and customer was complaining and being a little more irate but Victoria the manager was amazing and did a great job!! Amazing customer skills.. she was patient and professional!! Great Job

My sandwich was made wrong, but I told them it was OK and no big deal..and as we were leaving they took out time to give me extra sandwich and Fries. great customer service.

Sorry place guy wouldn’t take our order so lady told us to come to 2 window and she told us manager didn’t want to take our order. Then we waited 10 minutes for food pulled out they was not correct turned around and waited for 30 minutes in line and then got our money back this was the sorriest Burger King we have ever been to

I regularly stop by this Burger King since it's on my way to work. They always do a good job. The Assistant Manager Justice has an awesome personality and is always pleasant.

They have the Best Burgers in Fast Food and their Fries are better than others!

Only 3 people working, but, 3 of the nicest, hardest working people you could ask for.

Really nice. So happy there's another fast food option in Headland.
