Phone deaths are frustrating, but when there is a team of people available to guide you through the loss, the experience can still have a positive outcome. John is a genuine sweetheart and hard worker for the customer, I observed this in every team member all the way up to the manager as well. Even mom ended up with a new phone and watch. I highly recommend this location, they welcome and answer all your questions and hold a level of patience for the demands of the job that is commendable. Thank you so much for all your help!

Shout out to Dylan at the Tmobile Buda location. She was AMAZING! She was patient, knowledgeable and made the switching of phone data less stressful for me. I have a lot of business related data on my phone and she made sure I walked out of the store with everything working.

Yesterday afternoon Jonathan and Jaime helped assist my husband and I get new phones. They found the best deal for us and were very informative and helpful. Jonathan was very friendly, patient, and hospitable. Would definitely recommend going to this store if you need help!

Showed my wife how to use her new iPhone 15 bro. She did not learn to use the camera. They also put a screen protector on my phone. Also install the liquid screen protector on my tablet. John was helpful with everything we ask him to do for us. Wishing him the best. He's a new employee.

Jesus and Madison were a huge help and so kind! I had my phone stolen today and I was feeling so down about it they both listened and then Jesus jumped right into this big project of getting it replaced. He spent time researching, calling customer care, and doing literally EVERYTHING he could to help me out today. He was dedicated and had such strong communication about positives and challenges along the way. I appreciate them so much. They were trustworthy, listened to my needs, and I felt like they were helping me make the decisions that are best for me!

Had an awesome experience with Jesus who helped me activate my new iphone 14 when the Apple store did not want to even though that's their job. Jesus was quick with the process and explained thoroughly what to do. Definitely will return for their services.

My husband and i tried the Tmobile in SPM and they were pretty rude, so we drove a little further down to Buda and was helped by Jonathan.
He was super awesome! Definitely answered all our questions and was super funny lol he was just amazing overall, and im super glad i was able to get my phone fixed!

I signed up for t mobile phone and internet plans at this location about a year ago. Today I went in to get my partner added on a line with a trade-in promo. Jonn hooked us up!! He took the time to review my account and find all additional upgrades I qualified for. We ended up paying $10 in sales tax total, walking out with a free iPhone 15, two Apple Watches and a set of AirPods plus an upgraded WiFi box. Could not be more pleased with our experience - everyone was so friendly and helpful every step of the way. Thank you!

I was helped by Jonn today and he was so helpful, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He knew what to do to get my phone plan switched over to T Mobile from another carrier. He made sure all of my questions were answered and everything on my account was good. He took the extra time to make sure everything from my old phone was backed up and making its way to my new phone. Thank you Jonn!!

The staff is VERY helpful! Mr. Jarrell made the necessary phone call for what I needed, even though I could have done it on my own/my own time. While I was there, the young lady in the staff was helping out an elderly woman how to use her phone— and there was no hint of annoyance or what not with her voice. Rarely see that nowadays! I started my day at this store speaking with Angelica and Ruben who were extremely friendly and informative. I needed a phone desperately for work and would have preferred the 14 pro, pro max, 13 pro, or pro promax. Although they didn't have the 14 pro/promax or the 13 pro/promax I wanted, they were able to refer me to stores they knew had them in stock. Although I went to the two other locations I was recommended, they turned me away when I told them I was looking specifically for the 14 pro/promax. My experience going to the 1824 W slaughter Ln location and the 9300 I-35 Austin location which were supposed to have multiple of the new phones had turned me down. The customer service and atmosphere there upon walking in didn't seem like a place you would get treated like an individual. It seems as though those locations did have the phone but they were reserving it for a special customer (which wasn't me). I was grateful enough for the Buda location to try and help me out. I ended up going back to this location afterwards to get anything I could at all, because, my phone had been overheating and I need another for work. Angelica was able to get me a 13 pro max after I had come back and explained what had happened and she told me they had just gotten a shipment of new phones before I came back about 2-3 hours later. She made the whole process simple from the start of the transaction to the end of transferring over all my information to my new phone! I highly appreciate Angelica's service she was a true expert!

Thomas & Ruben were both excellent! Very helpfull and met all of my needs. I wanted to spend within a certain budget and I was able to accomplish that great customer service!

I went in to purchase a new phone at this location on 10/31/2016 and I was very impressed with the service I received. I went in just looking for a cheap replacement phone, and I was helped by a outstanding sales rep named Reid. He set me up with a great phone and plan, and he made me feel very welcomed. He went the extra mile to be as professional and helpful as possible. I have never had a better experience at any other store in my life. I would recommend Sprint to everybody after the experience that I had.

A man named Rand helped me out and took his time explaining the errors on my account and truly made me feel like he cared about my business and totally turned my attitude with sprint around! Hector was a wonderful help with solving a connectivity issue I was having with my phone. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, Hector was especially knowledgeable.

I have been in the store twice, and both times the customer service was great. Kayla, Andrea, and Omarion (I believe was his name) were all great to work with. They might not have exactly what you need at this location, but you will be happy with the level of customer service otherwise.
