Great customer service! I placed an order on the app then the app wouldn't let me check in. Long story short I had lots of problems with the app and got an email saying I was charged. The employees made my order even though it didn't show the order placed on their side. After I left I got an email saying I was refunded by the app. I called to pay for the order over the phone and they were awesome!

Brandt, fantastic job. It seems like most times I go to sonic they don’t care but today was different. 2:30 crew is on the ball. Order was hot and in timely manner. Forgot to put ketchup but was mobile order so I pressed red button asking for ketchup. Assuming 2 or 3 packs right? Nope. Brandt walks out with some I can enjoy for a few more trips to sonic. Thanks 2:30 crew for making my Saturday better! Not to mention the other runner complimented my dog!!! SUCH GREAT PEOPLE! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We've lived in Buda for a year and eat here monthly. This location is convenient, consistent, and affordable. Ordering through the app is a snap. The specialty drinks and appetizers are unique to the fast food market, and we enjoy the car-hop experience as a family. Great memories.

It seems like the negative reviews may have been recording the exception rather than the rule. We have never waited more than 10 minutes for food, it comes out hot, and is served by friendly and competent folks. We've never had a wrong order.

I was surprised they got to ke rather quickly when I went. It was the lunch hour and it was full. I was mentally prepared to sit a bit, but I wasn't. It was nice too!
