Holy Smokes 57 Ave smoke shop

Went to store around 1pm Fri the 2nd to get a vape and girl behind counter recommend the 2 for $25 fumes, what great service. Very friendly and kind, definitely will go back and recommend everyone to go 😄

I have been going to Holy Smokes on 57th since they opened. The employees who work there are always in a good mood and very friendly. Their prices are very responsible for good quality products and are never out of the products that I shop for. They really make you feel like they know you and that’s why I refuse to go to any other smoke shop! Definitely Check them out when you can..

David is the man! I bought 2 burnt Ecigs flavors that were fruit punch, i told David that they were burnt and he replaced them for me asap. I’ve never had a smoke shop take care of me the way they took care of me. Be genuine and honest and they will take care of you! Thank you David and I genuinely appreciate the customer service and I will be back for sure!!!!! Thank you for the great experience!

You want the definition of “customer service” ? Just come here. The place is nice, and have an organized display of products. I’m a regular here now because the staff is very nice and pleasant to deal with every time I go get what i need.

MARIA is amazing OWNER isnt...... PLEASE dont buy expensive products from this smoke shop!!!!! Bought a defective item from this store specifically a puffco device please do not buy any expensive/puffco items from here Was told By OWNER right after buying the DEFECTIVE product couldnt exchange for non DEFECTIVE product they had in stock sold a defective product knowingly not testing products put in box by attendant was told to go to website which is a hazard to go through for a product they sold me minutes before/had in stock... OWNER was RUDE told me my 100$ product was nothing compared to 500$ defective products they sell there ZERO Customer service.. Explained to store Puffco pen would not even turn off just on with light, took to smoke shop and was just laughed at and told off to go to manufacturer what a joke! Please do not waste your money in this smoke shop they dont test their products and the only products in stock are defective and they wont even accomodate you.

This is LAUGHABLE I just went in the store looking for a mango fume the girl behind the counter was nice and she handed us the mango fume and charged us before we tried it, when we try it IN THE STORE the product turns out defective and she refuses to exchange it for a new one because the owner apparently has a policy against that. How if I buy a product and try it right there and SHE HERSELF TRIED IT and said it was defective, how are you still going to charge me and offer a 10% discount on another one LMFAO LAUGHABLE NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN
