McDonald's

It was clean and well run. We only used the drive-up but they got our order right and made sure we had what we needed before we left.

Managers here deserve a raise for all the hard work. Great service and patience 👍

I’m usually running through the drive through around lunch time whenever I go to this location. They have their procedures down perfect. Fast, friendly, and fresh. I can’t review the evening shift, as everyone knows there’s always a difference, but their morning/lunch shift easily gets 5/5 stars.

Most times they are great and I have no issues but tonight going through before work not only did they bring out the wrong order to us after a 7 min wait they then proceeded to take back the wrong order from us when we came back through for our order. I've worked in the food industry to know well enough thats cross contamination and you don't do that so to whoever ordered two double quarter pounders we had your oder before you did but the most we did was look in the bag to know well enough it wasn't our order. They were extremely busy tonight.

I ordered 2 mcflurries with extra m and ms and they really came through they are amazing and I feel like they actually added extra m n ms!

Went there for breakfast and it was delicious. Actually made fresh while I was there. That's how all McDonald's should be. The young lady who took my order was super nice Also. This McDonald's was fantastic.

It was cold in dining room, then there was 6 teenage boys talking real loud and swearing and the people working never said anything to the boys totally wrong I will not be going to that mcdonalds.

My favorite is the double fish of fillet sandwich. If you don't like people making mistakes stay home and make your own food. Don't complain on Facebook all the time and keep going back so you can bash them again and again.

They are always very busy and trying their hardest to get the food out quickly. They are understaffed and looking for new members everyday. But with what employees they have they do an amazing job

Clean place, friendly staff. Food was fresh. Gave my nephew a coloring page and hung it up when he was finished! He was excited

This McDonald's is top-notch. Whether there is a line or not, they always get you through the drive through quick and smooth. The staff is always very friendly and the food is fresh every time (as fresh as a fast food joint can be). Definitely one of the better McDonald's in the area.

Now coming here from Ottawa is like night and day. I've been here a handful of times and the food is always fresh, quick and they give you condiments and napkins in a baggy.

Ottawa on the other is the complete opposite. Food is old and slow. Also think streator has better deals too. Seems to be cheaper.

We drive from Ottawa for this McDonalds. I can't speak for the night crew, but the day crew is always on point. It's been so long since I've had a good Big Mac. THANK YOU! Also love that napkins and condiments come in plastic baggies. Very thoughtful. The ladies at the window are always so friendly and accommodating. The fries are always hot and fresh. As are the nuggets. Don't even get me started on the Buttermilk Chicken Sandwich. Delicious! Thank you!

Honestly have always hated my McDonald's in my town! However....recently it has been a complete 180. The remodel on the inside, new computers, less mistakes(which is the biggest) , getting food taken to your table. Here's the real reason for the 5 stars, the customer service. The first time in forever, all my years going to McDonald's, I was greeted when I walked in and when I walked out "have a nice day". I'm happy to say my McDonald's corrected all of their wrongs! I will definitely be back for more spicy mcChickens 😊

I was shocked to find that this particular McDonald's not only has a spacious dining area, but also the food is prepared by Gordon Ramsey himself. I could hear him, screaming at the cook-in-training, demanding that more pepper be put in my Braised Pork with Mango Glaze and Wild Mushroom Patè. Once it was delivered to my table, along with a light dinner wine specifically selected by Mr. Ramsey, he apologized for the inferior flavor due to a lack of competence on the employee's part. The presentation was immaculate: just enough sauce dripped on the plate to be casually quirky, yet not enough that one would find it unappetizingly gauche. My first bite filled my mouth with a flavor that can only be described as being massaged with a mango tree wrapped around a gold brick. The wine was top quality, rather dry, however this nicely complemented the sweet saltiness of the glaze. I cannot recommend this establishment enough, however one must be prepared for the attendant in the bathroom. He was friendly enough, but I think having 85 different types of soaps, moisturizers, and sanitizers a tad bit excessive, not to mention that the mints offered after the facilities have been used were a little on the stale side. In all, I rate this restaurant 4.63 Gordon screams out of 5.

What amazing, fast, accurate SERVICE!!!! I'll be the first one to say it felt a little strange going into McDonald's again since covid-19 shut down but the only thing thats has changed is plexiglass is nicking the registers and soda machines.

My girl Sierra can bang out a half frozen coke half cherry like no other! Extra crispy fries all the way!

The place is very clean. The employees are very nice. The food is good overall. I enjoy it every once in a while.
