Prime Cut

Stopped in for a double cheese burger. Paid $3 for it. Burgers were so big I couldn't get my big mouth around it. Had to take it apart and eat other burger later. Very good price. Good selection of meats at reasonable prices. Decent selection of cheese as well.

Had them fix our beef brisket for our family reunion on July 27th 2013 and it was delicious. All of us raved about how moist, tasty and plenty to eat. Thank you for the best brisket I have ever had. Will recommend your place of business to all.

We order a meat bundle from here and let me just say, WOW. This meat is so tender. The filet minions especially nearly just fall apart they're so tender. We had left overs when we made ours and even after heating them up in the microwave the next day, they were still the most tender thing ever. Very highly recommend getting your meat from here! Amazing prices and amazing quality!

Stopped in yesterday after my business appts because I saw the smoker going full blast. What a good idea! The owner James was working, he was professional, knowledgeable and friendly, but not overly so.

I picked two double cut, stuffed pork chops, some bratwurst, deviled egg potato salad and a pound of smoked, pulled pork.
All of it was pretty darn good, I wish I lived closer. The pork chops were stuffed w/a small amount of sausage stuffing and I made them for dinner. I suggest rubbing them w/olive oil, baking for 15 min on each side in a 350' oven, heaven! My husband ate them so fast w/the potato salad, it made my head spin. 😂

I drive 40 miles to buy their ground beef (for my meatloaf) and their bleu cheese. Their products are delicious! I recommend them to everyone!
