Fast and friendly service! Handled my phone upgrade quickly and easily. This is a full service location. Took care of my phone, tablet, hotspot and home 5G Internet. Antonio was super helpful!

First time visiting on Saturday eve,

Very patient and accommodating for my making contracts and purchase for a long hour.
On the following Tue AM, for still having too many basic questions, Robert assisted me.
His calm, very patient, soothing voice talking

T-Mobile is so customer focused that it really is easy going in with questions. Rarely do I ever have to wait and the Lodi location has the best team I’ve ever dealt with. Everyone was willing to pitch and help. I got the best tech person there, and he was very efficient. He was concerned about my time and he wanted to make sure I was happy with my product. This is a professional team and more companies should train employees to be this considerate and helpful.

Very happy, It was my birthday and I need to start building credit & I needed a new phone, so I went down to the Sprint store and Marilyn welcomed me and told me how much everything will be . She was very friendly and helpful & I got new service with a LG G6 in no time. I live the service I been to Sacramento and back with LTE working. Voice calling is clear and for the price you can't beat Sprint . Marilyn gave me all my info and a paper showing me the bill and charges . With that it's just what she said my next month bill is $98 with the phone, unlimited data, and Free Hulu. Thank you Sprint in Lodi CA & Thank you Marilyn

I went in to upgrade my phone. I was quickly greeted by Beatrice. I informed her of what I wanted to spend. She showed me a few phones and gave me information about them. I selected a phone, a case, and a screen protector. She put it all together and transferred information to the new phone. This took a while because the old phone had only 8GB of memory and it was full. She had to delete some data. I am glad she had the patience and got it done. She has excellent customer service skills. I would highly recommend this store.

The customer service at the Lodi store by Walmart is impeccable! Miguel was awesome...kind, courteous, accommodating and he made the visit fun. He was very patient with us, too.
I live in Stockton & drive to this store because the employees are amazing! Helpful EVERY time❤

T-mobile merged with Sprint today the customer service was great. I was greeted quickly and only waited a short time as there were other people ahead of me. That was not a problem. They handled my situation quickly and they were aware I had an appointment. Great service I would recommend getting an appointment just so they are aware and you are in the right place since the have merged together.

I've never been into a T mobile store. And we kind of bounced into this one rather late. The sales guys were friendly, and knew why my friend was back and we started talking and I was thinking of replacing my phone but found out my phone wasn't the problem..and finally got myself wifi. When anyone walks in it seems like more of a coffee shop atmosphere than a store. Friendly and balanced , welcoming and not pushy. I was really impressed. It always seems when I've had to go to a carriers store before it seemed like going to the dentist. Not this store. So far..besides Tuesdays and no free anything anymore..just discounts ( really wanted that cup guys) I'm living t mobile. I have alot of perks so I'm not that upset about how that dropped off..cause now I get apple TV for free. ( still wouldn't mind the cup) . Tmobile really is a good company , wonderful people, and great deals on phones, plans etc. Stop in this store and they will welcome u.

Had a amazing experience today at the Lodi T Mobile. 5 🌟 over the last 2 years I would rather go to Stockton T mobile then to my own hometown. But out of curiosity I came to check the Lodi T mobile again due to having not so pleasant experiences there since covid. But today as I walked through the door I was acknowledged by one of their employees and was given the opportunity to purchase a phone in a quick convenient way. At no point did I feel uncomfortable or full of regret coming to t-mobile. Thank you Rosa for assisting me today I'm proud to be a T mobile Customer. I will also mention to who ever reading this comment t-mobile always has the best promotions online and in the store so if you looking to upgrade old phone or get a new line don't be afraid to ask what their promotions are . Save a quick buck !!

Absolutely the best experience I've ever had at any sprint store, ever. Literally. I was instantly greeted by this very gorgeous woman with very beautiful hair. She was a graceful young woman with delicate features. Unfortunately and regrettably I did not get her name. She was very helpful, made me feel real comfortable and didn't hammer me about any products or services. I told her my phone needed the screen replaced due to it having the gps settings burned onto the screen, she walked me over to the technical guy. No appointment? No problem. I gave him my phone and he gave me a two hour waiting period. I was a bit skeptical at first, like two hours really? But I wasn't in a rush as long as my phone got fixed and it wasn't crowded at all, barely anyone else there. Time flew by and when I got my phone not only did it have a new screen but a new battery as well. How awesome is that! Definitely the go to sprint store and I highly recommend you come to this location. But don't take my word for it, see for yourself. ^.^

Michael was very helpful. I changed from a Samsung to a IPhone which is a big change and he explained all the new features and way around the phone . Excellent customer service.

The gentleman that helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable about what I needed done with the phone and I want to thank him

Elizabeth (Liza), one of the store managers spent over two hours with me trying to make a corporate wrong, right. She genuinely cared and saw my issue through to resolution, all while keeping me entertained and happy. Could not have asked for a better experience for a crummy situation (at no fault of her own). Clean store. Adhered to all COVID-19 rules and then some. Highly recommend!

Sale person was great and new store was great too. I didn't like that they had phones that couldn't handle. I am disabled and need to know if phone was to heavy to hold. I bought one hope it not to heavy.

All employees were very courteous and extremely helpful. I had them take care of three separate issues and all 3 were resolved in a short time. They were very friendly and they were probably the nicest people working anywhere that I have been.

We went in and rep Charles helped us answered all our questions. We upgraded to a new phone set up and out of there in less than 30 minutes

The man who fixes the phones for insurance did an absolute AMAZING job on my sprint S9+ and I would highly recommend this man's work to EVERYONE. If you're reading this, thank you!

staff is super helpful. the store respresents the company much better than any customer service rep I have dealt with via telephone in the past 2 weeks.

Been here multiple times to get my phones repaired. Quick and friendly people. The only place I will go.
