My boyfriend and I drove from Milwaukee to Manitowoc and we were nervous that it would not be worth the drive but it totally was! The lady who helped us with our bracelets was lovely and patient. She made our experience incredible and if I were to get another permanent bracelet I would 100% make the drive again.

I had came to Kindred Co. in early February of this year and got a permeant bracelet. Making the appointment, the customer service, and the quality of everything was absolutely amazing! I had a permeant bracelet done previously by another retailer that had broken, and I was in love with the bracelet I got at Kindred! I'm very hands on and hard on jewelry, but the quality is amazing and I haven't had a single issue! I got a gold bracelet, there has been no tarnishing, or any issues. I've previously shopped here as well, and love this shop and the workers! I would HIGHLY recommend Kindred Co. for their jewelry and other products!

Wonderful experience getting permanent jewelry! Alayna was kind, patient, and made it a fun and easy-going time. The jewelry is beautiful and lightweight. Only suggestion would be more options for add-ons as the stock was low when my appointment was. Thank you

My friend and I came to get best friend bracelets. We had Alaina and she was so sweet and didn’t mind adjusting our bracelets (tighter or looser) however many times we needed since we were so indecisive 😅 was a great experience and I couldn’t recommend it more!!

My daughter and I decided to stop in on the spur of the moment to get permanent bracelets for a mom and daughter day. Loved the idea and finally decided to do it. Nice choice of chains. We went with sterling silver. Totally love the look. We each picked out a birthstone connector as we have the same birthday month. Customer service was wonderful. So glad we stopped!

Came here as a surprise for my birthday. My girlfriend and I got matching bracelets. The jewelry is beautiful and high quality. McKenzie was a lot of fun, like chatting with a friend while she worked. She was also super easy to work with. She was out of the letter T and said it would be no problem to order it and attach it later. I’ll definitely be recommending her jewelry to my friends.

I got bracelet and anklet permanent jewelry pieces. I chose a simple connector for the bracelet and really personalized the anklet with both charms purchased in store and from online (there were certain charms I was looking for that Kindred did not stock and they allowed me to bring in my own to add). Elena was my jewelry tech and she was amazing. She was very personable and took her time to ensure my pieces were made to my liking. While I waited for a walk-in to finish up before my appointment, I also found two pairs of super cute pants to purchase. Overall, very quaint, clean, and cute shop. Definitely recommend for the ladies out there!

Absolutely LOVE my permanent jewelry and the staff are super friendly and helpful. I felt one of the bracelets was a bit tighter than I liked and they got me right back in and fixed it….no hassle, no charge. I am 100% satisfied and will definitely be back.
