New Day Resource

I have to say New Day Resource has helped give me a new life. I've worked with Melissa and Pat on past trauma events and general things that have occurred in my life that I needed to work through, along with current events that have affected me. I've been using New Day for over a year and myself, my husband, family and friends can see the change. I've tried counseling before but never found the right person that I could feel comfortable with and share my story. I found that here. With the work I've been doing with Pat, I feel like I matter again, that I am needed, I am loved, I am able to do the unthinkable ( I work full time, have 2 kids 5 & 7, and I'm in nursing school). I've learned coping techniques for my severe anxiety/panic disorder. I've overcome obstacles in life and intense memories of horrific events and came out the other side clear. Clear minded, clear conscious and a clear soul. I would not be where I am today or who I am today without Pat. He was sent from God to help heal and he truly has helped me. I also thank Melissa for all her work as well, she aided in healing and I will be forever grateful for taking the leap and scheduling.

I’ve seen a lot of therapists in my day. Pat is by far the best I’ve seen. He is very patient and is good at getting out what needs to each session. Worked through a lot of past traumas and still utilizing him 5 years later in more of a life coach position. I’ve done all my sessions online via zoom. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to make the change’s necessary to have a better life.

I could not be more blessed by New Day Resource services! I have been seeing Renée for almost 2 years now. She helped me learn to embrace trauma, shame, and anxiety with love and curiosity. Renée is always accepting and loving, she cares so deeply about her clients and knows them very well! I highly recommend New Day Resource to receive healthy and holistic mind and body care.

I've been seeing Pat online for over a year now. I was a little dubious about the online format, but it has been perfect. I can schedule at my convenience and see Pat from the comfort of my own home. It almost feels like we're in the same room.
Pat has walked me through very challenging marriage issues
(amongst other things) and helped me find my own path toward healing and wholeness. I'm on a maintenance type schedule with Pat now, seeing him less frequently but knowing I can reach out for an appointment as needed. Working with New Day has been life changing.

Jessica has been so kind and gentle. My son has been trying to get me to try yoga and meditation for a long time and I have been so unsure of myself. I am so glad I was encouraged to check out the studio and told the class size was small. I am thankful to find a place that I look forward to and is taking time to care for myself.

Pat is someone who truly has the gift of discernment. He was very helpful to us and truly care about his patients.
