WOW. this place is bad.
they look nice, but the quality of maintenence and renovations are very, very bad. they have no clue about building code, example- putting an electrical outlet, underneath the sewage pipe!! and refusing to correct it!
this place was renovated, but the renovation was done very poorly, and maintenence is there (at a friends apartment) 3 times a month, fixing somthing. if your in housing, ok i guess its okish, but i would stay away from this ramshackle place if you can

Horrible! Roach & mice infested! Black mold. Cheap appliances. Shotty workmanship. Office/maintenance refuses to do anything to fix any of those problems. Office workers harass & lie

Horrendous communication. Will string you along for months saying they are processing your information then completly will ignore you. REPORTED TO HUD!!!

Would not suggest living here. They think they can control who you have around helping w ur kids. n u can only have guests 2 weeks out of a calendar year n always threatening to terminate tenancy WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
