I LOVE Judy!! she is super efficient and knows her stuff especially about passports! She made sure everything I was sending was correct and went out of her way to help me! Have not met a friendlier postal worker in a while!

The angry guy behind the counter has to deal with all the A-holes in branchburg. I'm in retail too I know. and they always scan the packages I'v seen them do it. You two are the A-holes I'm talking about.
I've never had a problem when I go there, they are better then the post office by me in Watchung.

PREVIOUSLY: Very very slow. Inefficient, not at all friendly nor responsive on a personal level. Too bad! I've been to post offices that are Great! This one is tiny and crabby -the entire atmosphere is Crabby & neighbors have said the same. Unpleasant, too bad!

Hey Cat-Man what is up with all the A-hole words..no need for that..the angry guy behind the counter is obviously overworked. I've been in there too but realized he is like that cause there is NOONE there to help him..Its the US Post Office fault, its a busy branch!

Use this USPS all the time. The delivery guy is great and the people behind the counter are pretty good. It is a small place so if it is busy be prepared to stand out where the PO boxes are at.

This post office does not scan packages upon acceptance like other post office locations.

Reasonable services and not slow. Good enough to call a friendly post office.

Revisited Dec 2017, I had given up and go to other USPS offices. The opening time is very difficult to deal with.

I would like to bring to your attention that upon my arrival at Branchburg post office, I noticed that the door was locked despite Google indicating that you are open during this time. There were no announcements displayed on the door or website regarding any changes in hours or closure.

I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to changes in operating hours. However, I kindly request that you update your website and display a notice on the door to avoid any confusion or inconvenience for your customers.

This is beyond ridiculous. there is no way I dropped my packages off and I still cannot get a scan update on either packages. Bump try calling because no one seems to want to pick the phone up. You guys need to do better!

I have been calling for over an hour about a package that was not delivered. It says the package is going to be returned to sender because of an incorrect address. I am praying that it hasn't been sent out yet so I can pick it up on my lunch break, BUT NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE PHONE. I HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR OVER AN HOUR AND NO ONE HAS ANSWERED THE PHONE. I do not wanna make a 20 minute drive during my lunch break just to find out my package has already been returned. For the love of God, have someone answer the phones, please!

Simply a disgrace to the US Postal Service. The building is as run down and utterly disgusting and dirty. The worst part is my business is in this town and my customers and vendors do not get mail from me in timely manner what so ever...I mean it takes over a week for checks to be received. On top of that we receive other companies" mail more often then is acceptable. Somebody should do something about this. I will no longer have them pick up our mail. I will bring it to Oldwick Post Office. We are getting charged late fees from utility companies for late payments and vendors think I am lying to them when I tell them it was mailed over a week ago. (and they dare to raise the amount of a stamp with this kind of service...go figure)

Cannot reach anyone over the phone, website and auto attendant states they are open Saturdays 9am. I am here for past 15 minutes and still not open. Very deceiving Info and poor customer service

I send mail out your addresses that does exist and you're sending it back that address does not a sixth such as Winton road there is such rotors written I don't know if the post office is having that many difficulty that they're having maybe foreigners delivered they can't speak English or read English that post office has got to be one of the worst post office in the state of New Jersey yes I'm upset but this keeps happening if you want to respond back I'd be more than happy to talk to you but you're not answering the phone cuz you're using the kovic excuse cohide behind a cardboard if you can find one in that post office
