I had an older Husky 145 sewing machine serviced and they got it in great working order after several years of it going unused. When I had some issues (completely my fault) after bringing it home, they were able to walk me through the problem over the phone and get everything sorted out. I would highly recommend them!

Purchased a new Miele vacuum and also had an older Dyson vacuum serviced here. The Dyson looks and feels brand new after the tune up. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly service. Would recommend!

Our Dyson V11, Animal needed attention. We took it in and voila -- it was restored to perfect condition. People need to "maintain" their vacuums professionally as they maintain their automobiles. Excellent service.

Not only did they repair my over 10 year old vacuum that stopped working, but they cleaned up the outside and removed all the paint marks from the times I got a little too close to the baseboards!

I had 2 machines serviced here. I asked for a quote + he told me it could be anywhere between 60 to 200 dollars. I asked him to call if it was going to cost 200 for each machine. He didn't! But argued with me on the phone, speaking over me thinking I'd shut up or believe his lie. I hung up, gave him a few mins to calm down + called back.
He couldn't commit to a price upfront + wanted me to pay the max.
I paid but my machines are worse. They're noisy + skipping stitches. I hadn't had any major issues from my machines until now. I took it in for a timing belt replacement + I still have a timing issue.

Highway robbery! We dropped off our vacuum and heard nothing for 3 weeks. When we finally got a phone call from the shop, they had already fixed the vacuum without giving us a quote so our only options were to pay or surrender the vacuum. Extremely unprofessional. We’ve had the vacuum back for less than a month and it’s already broken again! Over $100 to service, clean filter and replace vacuum belt. Will never return.
