Great visit and fun and informational as well. The staff was awesome. First time there but not the last for sure. Thank you for being so kind. If need something for your pet, this is the place. We are very happy we did.

The staff are always ready to help with any questions, and they give experienced advice. The interaction is worth the trip for me! They also gave me a coupon for discounted dog training, since I just happened to be asking for help from the lady who runs the training classes! Excellent experience! Definitely recommend!

Our Archie and Mayla were groomed at the salon. May I say, we were totally impressed and satisfied! The girls did a magnificent job! Thank you so much and we will be back!

The staff is always knowledgeable and helpful. We just got two of the sweetest tree frogs from them (and I have gotten lizards from them as well), plus a ton of live food for our other animals. The animals they have are always healthy.

I love coming here to get my cats food. They have so many options for me to get for her to try and my cat eats better with all the different flavors that you don't see in other places.

Store has everything you could want. Prices are pretty high, but where aren't they. The store was clean, the people I interacted with were friendly.

I usually go to Petco but they had no hamsters so we went to PetSmart. They had several to choose from. The staff was very helpful and patient. It took my daughter 30 to pick out one and the staff did not try to rush and have helpful information about hamsters. They also had bedding on sale which was a plus.

Store was very busy! Waited for a few, but the associates were very friendly and helpful! Had to get my goldfish new buddies!! They are happy and healthy in their new home!!

They have a huge selection for rabbits and guinea pigs compared to any other pet supply place in town. The pets always look healthy and well taken care of. Very friendly employees.

The employees are friendly. The store is always clean and orderly. Our cats Barty, Sophia and Baby Blue loves the food we buy there. And we adopted a two month old kitten there. Lucy Lou is a wonderful addition to our family.

The girls that do the grooming were awesome! I took my Himalayan cat, who's never had a bath or been shaved, on June 8. They sd he did great and loved the bath. So I'll be using them again.
