I went in looking for something very specific and was pleased they had it in stock. While I was there I was also impressed with the options they had for gifting including a fun section where the book you receive is a mystery (video included)

Great store! It's so nice to see book stores open and thriving. This location is well lit and esthetically pleasing. Only suggestion would be more visible, labeled genre signage (Hanging above for clear view from any location) Some sections are cubicled off, with cozy & pleasant seating areas; however this becomes a bit maze like if you are searching. Two of the employees even had trouble locating where our item might be. (Blank recipe Books). We didn't find any but enjoyed the visit.

A great location with a large selection of books, kids toys, a coffee shop, and reference materials. It is very clean and orderly. The staff were able to help me find the book I needed. They are friendly and willing to help. Overall, a great experience.

Really love the store. The staff are friendly and the selection is great! I wouldn't recommend the Starbucks in the store but the rest is great. It's a specialty store so its a bit pricey but if your looking for a specific book or audio if they don't have it they can get it.

Loved seeing all the books at Barnes and Nobles last time that I visited. The atmosphere is so calm too and u can even get a snack at their Cafe while u look at the books!! This place is really kept clean and nice so it's enjoyable to shop there.

One of my favorite places to grab lunch.. They have great Vegetarian options in their coffee shop and they use an oven instead of a microwave to warm their delicious food.. Highly recommend!

This is one of my favorite places in Spokane. So many books to choose from. Also their cafe makes great hot chocolate. I love to go here to see what movies, TV shows and games they as well.

I love Barnes & Noble. Their kids section is adorable and my son absolutely enjoys playing at the little train table.

As a customer, I have found the staff at this store hard working, conscientious, who go out of their way to be courteous and helpful in ordering or finding any book you may be looking for.
As an author, who has conducted several book signings at this store, the support by store manager, Hilde, and the rest of the staff has been nothing less than awesome. As a result, I have conducted many successful events at this store. Well done, staff!

I’ve always loved Barnes & Noble and this location didn’t disappoint. The staff was kind and ready to help. The location was clean and smelled like books and coffee. They also offer a good variety of books and goods. This Barnes & Noble is conveniently located in the Northtown Mall. I highly recommend checking it out!

The staff is so knowledgeable about most of the authors. They were able to ship a book from their warehouse to a friend and was reasonably priced. I just love still being able to buy actual books! They even have books on CD, still a favorite of mine.

Excellent place to find books for any age, preferences, gender, or taste. I enjoyed a great tasting coffee at Starbucks and the manager offered a chai frappuccino to try. The shop has a place dedicated to children.Excellent for any reader.

Nice store that always has what I'm looking for and is clean and well organized. The staff here seem to care and be attentive to customers.

Was looking for specific book ask at the help counter. They looked it up and did not have it but would order it. They were real nice and very helpful.

The staff were quick to help me. At the end, they appreciated for being patient. Love this store, its clean, easy to see everything you are looking for.

One of the larger bookstores in the greater Spokane area, selection is good and the staff are helpful as always.

They carry my two books! De-pop and re-ring! Plus I met my artist there for coffee and a chat to discuss my next book!

I love this store but they have a 30 day return policy so when I was shopping on black Friday for Christmas they could not return books if they had read them already.
