Just met Megan for the first time and she is terrific, personable, and professional. I showed up with 12-year-old hearing aids that needed help. I was sure i would be leaving with new hearing aids. After my hearing test, Megan took my old aids and left. When she came back, I had two circa 2012 aids that were cleaned, repaired, and now working like new ones. She is my hero because she could easily have said I needed a new pair.

I love Coastal Audiology. They are very friendly, very professional and all the staff there are extremely helpful. The hearing test was expertly done and I had all of my results the same day. I did end up needed hearing aids and the process was excellent. My hearing aids are virtually invisible and extremely user friendly. The aids have made such a difference in my daily life and helping me get back to my social self again. I had begun to get isolated because I couldn’t hear properly. I would recommend them 100% to anyone needing or think they may need them. You couldn’t ask for a better experience.

A whole new world has opened up for me! This is my first experience with hearing aids. I’ve only had them since Dec 24,2019 and I could not be more pleased! Coastal Audiology rocks! I went in for a free hearing test in mid Dec, never expecting to get hearing aids but found out my hearing had gotten worse then previous testing 4 years prior. Dr. Morrison was awesome! She was very friendly, professional, caring, and knowledgeable. She patiently answered all my questions and concerns. The front staff was also very friendly, caring and professional. Everyone is so easy to talk to. They are very considerate of your time and I never have more than a 3-4 minute wait time for my appointments which is great. This was a major purchase for me but one that was well worth every penny! Thanks Coastal Audiology, you are the best in my book!

The overall experience was very comfortable. Scheduling was easy, the alerts and appointment prompts were very helpful. The front receptionist area was clean and very welcoming. The office receptionist was friendly and informative as well. The audiologist, Victoria, explained everything very thoroughly to me. From the way testing was going to go, to the results she complied, and then various hearing aid options. It was a good learning session about my hearing and it’s current status. I only wish my medical coverage, would cover some of the hearing aid expense. Or they were much less out of pocket. I can’t pay the price point asked for. It’s just far to expensive on my restricted budget. Financing isn’t the answer.

I do not typically write reviews but feel I have to after todays experience. So incredibly impressed with the courtesy, attentiveness and service at Next Level Hearing. Brought my elderly dad in without an appointment to their open hours session. They were able to work him into an unscheduled appt, conduct a hearing exam and he walked out with some much needed hearing aids in a few hours. An incredible team with Jennifer at front desk and Vanessa as the hearing specialist. All staff at this place treated us like family. Highly, highly recommend this place!

I am extremely pleased with my experiences with Coastal Audiology. I have been a client since 2013, and during that time I have been impressed with the professional and friendly care I have received. The Audiologist has always been caring and patient with all my questions. The staff is unfailingly helpful and cordial. I feel like I am in good hands here.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Although the waiting room could use an update, the audiology equipment is clean and appears to be up-to-date.

I had my hearing assessment yesterday. The new patient intake paper was sent ahead of time via email. The appointment was on time with no waiting. The audiologist was very professional, and she conducted the hearing test very efficiently yet spent time explaining the process clearly. Afterward, I was beginning educated on his hearing results and explanations of various levels of hearing aids to fit the multiple needs of the patient. I am delighted with a pleasant and educational visit.

I have been a client of Dr. Parker for nearly 18 years and have received the very best care and aids available. Cindy took outstanding care of my mother when she was over 90 years old and assisted her in adjusting to new technology, not an easy task. Cindy is now caring for my husband also. Throughout the years the staff has been helpful, available and most pleasant. You will know you are in good hands when a client of Coastal Audiology. The best in Sussex County and the state of Delaware.

Got my hearing aid from Coastal Audiology about a year ago. Throughly satisfied with the aid. Staff is very attentive to my needs and always willing to do any adjustments as they are needed. Always a pleasant experience, staff are wonderful. Called this morning for an appointment and got to see them this afternoon.

Thanks to the wonderful people at coastal audiology I can hear again. Dr. Mast fitted me with amazing hearing aides and spent ample time with me to ensure that they were adjusted just right and that I understood how to use and take care of them. The folks in the office could not have been nicer. i would highly recommend Coastal audiology.

Just called from California and spoke to Susan. Not only did she explain how to clean my mothers hearing aids- Susan is mailing fresh batteries, a cleaning brush and replacement part. The service was fantastic! My mother and I are so pleased especially with the long distant service during this difficult time of isolation.

A very safe and welcoming business. I felt comfortable and was taken into audiology almost immediately where my test was done in a closed booth. Thereafter I saw a dr that explained all the results and showed me various hearing aids. A pleasant experience.
