Staff is very friendly and Dr D really cares about her patients and needs. I had several different procedures done and am slowly getting better every day.

Everyone at Pain Specialist’s of America go above and beyond for their patients! My last appointment was a video-telehealth and I had a problem with my link. The assistant worked with me while letting my provider, Misti Schroll, NP, know that I was there for my appointment.
MS. Schroll, NP, asked questions about how I was doing and what was happening. She rocked at understanding what I was saying and describing and was very clear in her responses to me. She made sure I understood everything and the appointment was very informative, for both myself and my team. I’m very happy with my treatment plan and my team!

They are super accommodating here. I showed up 2 days before my appointment and they saw me almost right away! They were very thorough and made me feel very comfortable during the appointment. I look forward to my care here.

I have been dealing with Spinal Stenosis for over 10 years. Seen many doctors over those years & desperately trying to put off invasive surgery. Dr Doniparthi has been the answer for me. She has been able to decrease my pain where I am not taking pills to get through my day and with the Minute Man procedure, I feel I will be able to improve the quality of my life by doing things I couldn’t before. I recommend her with out hesitation or reservation. She is simply the BEST.

Over my years of acute pain care the care givers are always kind and caring, it’s usually the front office people that are rude. PSA Temple employees are outstanding and it’s always a pleasure to go to that office. I can’t praise them enough. Misty Scholl is my PA, she is always respectful and listens, operative word (listens) never judge mental. Pain is silent and invisible, difficult to explain, so refreshing that the entire staff is so kind and sympathetic to your needs.

Knowing that Dr. Donaparthi has been practicing more that twenty years explains how she has been effective in contributing to the decrease in the level of pain I endure as a result of police brutality. This treatment has been accomplished with welcoming and exemplary customer service at both the Temple and Killeen, Texas locations.

On behalf of Mrs. Powell, myself, and my family we are GRATEFUL for accepting the referral, listening to my ailments, understanding the body, and for making each visit welcoming and pleasant! 🤟🏾

Update 04/2023: Nearly a year following the police brutality and excessive use of force, I am not 100%. My first visit to this clinic, I could barely walk, stand, could not sit l (especially on hard seats), turn my head without spasms shooting from the neck down my arms to my fingers, have full mobility of my body, or have numbness in my toes. After four lower back procedures and an upper (neck-spine), I'm blessed to be alive to tell my story. I still have pain as well as uncontrollable muscle spasms, but it's more tolerable and not as severe as it was initially. I often find myself wearing my back brace to minimize the pain while undergoing life tasks that were simple prior to the police brutality, such as crossing my legs or lifting more than 50lbs, but I'm grateful for this doctor for agreeing to treat me. Most importantly, for taking the time to listen to me while relaying what and how my disabilities affect my life and work. The treatment only lasts for approximately 18 months, but that's better than the pain experiences prior to it.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this doctor!!!!

I have been going to PSA Temple and Waco for years. The staff is very friendly and our Dr is great. Dr. Misty is very patient and kind. It's hard to find a good Dr that listens to you and helps you come up with a plan to control your pain. We appreciate you all.

Such a great & caring team! I had broken my leg, when I was finally able to start therapy & start trying to walk on it, I had horrible knee pain. The therapist wanted me to stand on the "bad leg" with all my weight, but my knee pain was so sharp, I couldn't do it. Dr. Mahmood really listened to my struggles and my history (I've had 3 knee surgeries on that same leg) and came up with an injection that he thought would be best. I went from pain where I literally couldn't stand, to a 0!!!!! I am so incredibly happy with my results and how quickly they were able to schedule my appointment.

I have been going to PSA for years, Dr. Mahmood and Misty are amazing! They take the time to listen to you, are very knowledgeable, and empathetic. They have several options to help treat your pain. The nurses are very friendly and helpful and the office staff are also very helpful and friendly. I have recommended friends who were in need of help with their pain to PSA. Thank you to everyone there for all of your help!

The Doctors and Nurses at Pain Specialist of Austin are so wonderful!!! I highly recommend you if you have bad pain like I do cause they will take the time and effort to get down to whatever issues you may have now or in your future. I have been with these wonderful people for almost 8 years now and they have helped me find comfort with dealing with my pain and I look forward to seeing what other steps they have for me with getting better 😀😀😀
