Advanced Pain Care

I see rheumatology and get my infusions done there. Victor the infusion nurse is absolutely amazing. He knows what he is doing and I know I’m in good hands while I receive my IV medication. He is very thorough and constantly keeping an eye on everyone. My infusion is about 5hrs long so I spend a lot of time with him and he is always friendly and has great patient care. He spends time answering or helping with any questions or issues even if they aren’t his department, such as a billing issue he directed me to the person who can help. He is always so busy running around working but his patient care never slips. He also talks to us (many of us get to know each other) and we all enjoy random conversations to help pass the time and ease the infusion boredom or anxiety. I see him bringing elderly patients back and he is so helpful and comforting to those who may be anxious. I haven’t met anyone who said anything bad about him. We all love him. There was a period of time when he wasn’t there and that department fell apart on us. Im so thankful he is back and I have found a great infusion nurse. I have to invest a lot of time into infusions so it’s a plus when I know I’m getting great care and have someone who truly cares about his patients and helping. I highly recommend Advanced Rheumatology and Victor in infusion. Thank you for all you do!

Front desk personnel are always kind and helpful and the nurses and doctors take the time to listen to you and any concerns you may have. I've gotten more answers to the root cause of my pain here than anywhere else and I'm truly thankful for the care given.

I just want to say that the service I received at advanced pain care on clear Creek was absolutely amazing! From checking in, to care, and check out! It was easy and fast but I felt very well taking care of and confident with this team of dr and staff I will be better in no time!

Dr. Pegram is awesome. He listens to my concerns and addressed every one ensuring I'm completely comfortable before leaving. The front desk staff, nurses and medical techs are extremely helpful.

My only complaint would be on some occasions they run a little behind on seeing you for your appt time.

The staff are helpful and friendly. They listen to your concerns and prescribe medications accordingly to your condition. If you have any issues they correct them right away. It's a good company to use for specific conditions. Would definitely recommend.
