I'm in the process of becoming a brand new rider. My shopping experience overall was way better than anticipated. The person who was helping me select gear was very knowledgeable and not pushy in any way or form. For each item we started checking out he always started from a mid price point showed me good recommendations then gave me the freedom to check out both the lower in price to higher in case it was too much for my budget. Great store and friendly staff.

Was helped immediately by employees! They were very patient and informative, had great recommendations, and were very kind! Will definitely be coming back here for more gear instead of online. (It’s better shopping in person than online for sizing and feel.) My only gripe is I wish there were more sizes and more of a selection for women but I know that’s not necessarily on them and they should have another shipment coming soon.

Honestly the best experience I’ve had from a salesman in a LONG time. From arrival, they were working on product placement and the one gentleman approached with questions to figure out what I was looking for. He showed product knowledge and explained how everything was organized to also help guide me in my own looking while we discussed. And then he pointed me out to the Strada 3 that I didn’t even know was OUT. I was looking at the Strada 2s. And then helped guide me through which Cardo I would want in the future since I had no knowledge of the intercom systems as a whole. Honestly 10/10 experience. Would recommend going there for any gear needs, even if it’s just to figure out sizing if you want to buy something from their website. They definitely know what they’re talking about.

Great experience! Needed a new front tire installed. Called and confirmed that they could do it today. As soon as I walked in, they met me, and took the tire back to start, even with several customers in the store. They had plenty of staff, so told me I could pick it up in about one hour, and it was completed, as promised. Blake did the install and extremely satisfied with the quality of work and excellent customer service the entire time. I will be taking my rear tire there in a few weeks for replacement after the professional work and customer service! Thank you Cycle Gear of Killeen! Other shops had me scheduled two or three weeks later. I was out riding again by the afternoon!

Went there after I bought a bike on a whim, rode there naked practically and picked up a decently priced helmet and some supplies. Great selection and most sizes are in stock. Will definitely be returning again for more parts and accessories

Blake is incredible! I will only shop here for now on because Blake was so knowledgeable and truly helped out . Incredible experience. Fair pricing . And once again Blake is THE MAN !!!!!!

My lucky day, military discount plus the membership got me a $175 pair of sedici boots plus some base layers (top and bottom) and a pair of riders gloves. Total $164! I wouldn’t have know that without the help of the staff. Thank you

I always trust Cycle Gear to have what I need. In my local Killeen, Texas location, the staff are always helpful, knowledgeable, and personable - meaning they are friendly and you can have a nice conversation with them.

Even though the exact product I wanted to purchase was not stocked on the shelf. The sales associate (115812) made a strong effort to find the specific oil that I was looking for. She offered to order it, but I ended up purchasing a second choice weight of oil.

When i walked in the store reps immediatly welcomed me. Asked me if i could use some help and pointed me to what i needed. I even had a question about my bike and even though we couldnt find what we were looking for they attempted. I enjoy this store and will definetly come back.

I needed a helmet for my granddaughter and didn’t want to bust my budget. Did someone research online and saw my local CycleGear had a good selection in stock. We visited the store and got excellent assistance from the staff in assuring proper fit and features within budget. Very happy with our experience.

I appreciate the staff there as they were busy for the holidays only had two employees working, but got my tire mounted for me that day, which was important because I live three hours out in the hill country and didn’t want to have to return another day to pick it up. Staff was friendly and professional around good experience.

Me and my daughter went in to look at the block out gear and the guy there was very friendly and helpful. I walked out with the block out gloves, neck warmer, and block out shirt. So glad I did, I had to use them this morning and boy did it make for a comfortable ride at 28 degrees.

Staff was warm and welcoming, very knowledgeable. 10/10 will be going to them every time I need new gear
