This shop is the best In town when It comes to routine maintenance to special jobs such as forks rebuilding. They get done in a timely manner. While fixing my bike they showed me the under the fairings things to look out for. I was never pressured to get anything fixed. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it many things they’ll repair like good as new. U don’t always need a new part. Show more love to are vets and keeping us safe on 2 wheels this shop will forever have my business. 5 stars isn’t enough thanks

I am absolutely blown away by these new comments I am seeing! They seem to just come all in on weekend… sounds like a slander attempt to me. Not to mention you 1 star reviews are not verified accounts. I’ve been hands down pleased with the work done to my bike Steel spoke cycles! Every nut and bolt they take off gets cleaned, inspected and replaced if necessary. They charge less than my local HD and have put out better work! Thank you to Steel spoke cycles techs and management!

Best shop in town, Great prices, Awesome techs. Prices are better than anyone in the area. If you don’t go to them, you’re missing out on a Great opportunity to get your bike fixed right the first time.

This shop and the guys here take care of their customers. With all the bashing happening it sounds like another shop is upset their loosing business. If these people can't even come to the shop for warranty repairs and or show that they were even customers then shame on them for not being truthful. The Mayos have been doing great business here in Killeen Tx since the 70s. and have Integrity in what they do..

Very fast and top quality work.

Wonderful people! I have a brand new Indian Scout ABS, took it to get a quote on longer handle bars and reduced reach controls. They were able to get the controls(Indian said theirs wouldn't come in until after the 15th of August), put the controls on, and adjusted the shifter to accommodate my taller boot! There was no possible solution for the handle bars that didn't include having cables made. (We have to save for that expense).
The folks here made me feel much more confident on my bike. I WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK!

Did a great job on my husband's motorcycle..friendly got the work done on time

I made an appointment for 8am for oil change . $249 sounded good. Dropped off my bike at 8am. The guy at the counter said my bike would be ready by noon. So I was out for lunch which was near the shop around 1pm so I stopped by the check on how the work was going. My bike wasn’t looked at. The mechanic was talking to two people out front with their bikes. So I walked in to the front counter and the guy said your bike will be pulled in next . I told him ever mind and as I walked out to my bike the mechanic pulled in one of the guys bike he was talking with as I walked up. This was the first and last time at this shop. I believe you word is your bound. And when they tell a customer their bike will be ready than be ready. Stand by your word. This probably was a blessing they didn’t work on my bike after looking at a lot of bad comments on yelp.

STEEL SPOKE CYCLES shame on you. How can you SCREW all of us this bad? Well I guess you been screwing customers for a long long time and you got used to it, but your time has EXPIRED and it’s time for your business to get SHUT DOWN. My husband took his motorcycle to your shop and after charging him $500, his bike needs another repair. We took the bike to a shop in Copperas Cove and it only took them 1 day to find out what the problem is and it only cost us $75. The parts that you replaced doesn’t even need to be replace. Now my husband motorcycle is as good as new, thanks to a trustworthy bike mechanics in Copperas Cove. SHAME ON YOU “STEEL SPOKE CYCLES”

I will NEVER do business with this motorcycle shop ever again. They are the WORST shop that I have ever dealt with. They kept my bike for almost a month and they still can’t find what is wrong with it. The management (AL’s AUTOMOTIVE) been ripping Killeen residents for years.

DISHONEST REPAIR SHOP .... This is a warning to everybody, specially to all the soldiers. Do not TRUST this repair shop, they are UNRELIABLE, DISHONEST, LAZY and all are BAD MECHANICS. I'm telling you, don't be fooled by this shop and don't let them take your hard earned money.
