On my way across Texas, I stopped in because of a flat tire on a scooter. I had no real hope of help. It wasn't a real bike. It has 10 Inch wheels and a valve stem with no clearance that would not cooperate but Aaron knows his stuff. He was real busy but able to replace the tube and save the day. He made it better than it was before. Great job. Thanks again.

I had an outstanding experience here. I came to the store knowing next to nothing about cycling and an employee literally spent an hour with me teaching me about everything. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to point me in the right direction for both getting a bike as well as understanding what features to focus on to get the best value. I was also impressed that he advised me against getting the large bike they had in stock because I needed an XL. Its nice to find people that genuinely want what's best for their customers instead of just trying to move product.

They seem to offer everything from clothes to accessories and the professional instillation/maintenance of bikes. Their prices range from 40$ - 80$ for tune ups (see picture for details.)

Besides being available today, which I am grateful Aaron was able to confirm before pedaling there, he even discounted me, bringing the part's price cheaper than anywhere I could have ordered online. Offered to install it, too - highly impressed: thanks and I'll be back, God-willing!

It’s a great bike shop. Specialized is the best brand out there, and if you need maintenance on it, this is where you need to go. Go see Patrick! He was so helpful in every way! He explained to us about the spokes, reflectors, lights, seats, you name it! He’s such a great guy and really helped us today.

Honestly, I cannot say enough great things about the team. I called them on a Saturday to have a pedal rethread done. I was told they could possibly get it done by the end of the day. I took the chance and had my son review some bikes at local pawn shops, he was not happy with the selection. We arrived at Sun Country Cycling with the bike and the gentle with enthusiasm said that we arrived as they had completed other work ahead of schedule. We discussed what was wrong with the bike and he informed me that he would every attempt to fix the threads, but there was a chance it couldn't be done. I love when people are upfront and honest. My son and I waited and browsed the shop for about 25 minutes. The person who helped us informed me that the bike would need new peddles and gave me different options at different price points to choose from. Once the work was complete my son was extremely happy that dad was able to get his bike fixed. I was extremely happy with the honesty and professionalism of the shop. I would highly recommend going by their shop for maintenance or if you are looking for a new bike.

Absolutely stellar experience. I came in for new tubes which I felt lazy and felt like having someone else install, figured I would have to drop them off and pick them up later, I was graciously asked if I could wait for about 5 minutes and I feel like it wasn't a second over 4 before it was done. While I was waiting I noticed that the shop is set up very well and I looked around at some of the bikes they had in stock (great selection). I am now considering getting new bike and I feel great about spending my money there. The prices seemed competitive and definitely didn't make me jump out of my skin. Great shop, nice and knowledgeable staff.

I brought my bike here to have a broken derailleur replaced. They replaced it, adjusted the gear cables, and I bought a bottle of chain lube all for under $50. Very friendly staff and they didn’t even make fun of my cheap bike. It was ready for me to pick up the next day. When I took the bike out after the repairs, it rides like a brand new bike and shifts smoother than ever. If you bought a bike from a big-box store, I highly recommend bringing it here for a good once-over. They will treat you right.

These guys are awesome! My daughter had ankle surgery, someone let me borrow their knee scooter and it appeared as it needed new innertube, I dropped it off with them to fix it, turned out that the tire just needed to be reseated. They did not even charge me to fix it. These guys are outstanding Americans and professional!

Just got bikes from sun country cycling and i couldn't be happier. Jimmy and lisa provided awesome customer service and were happy to answer any questions we had. I can't express how grateful i am to them for helping us pick out great bikes for our family. If you are looking for a good bike shop this is it. They're personable, professional, and very friendly not to mention knowledgeable about their products. Thank you guys so much for the experience.

This is a great place for repairs and sales. I'm new to the area and checked reviews for a repair shop. Sun Country was rated the best and the reviews are correct. I took my new "used" bicycle in for a tune up. The gentleman noticed right away a few things were in need of attention. He promised to have it ready the same day. In fact, it WAS ready later the same afternoon. I took my new "used" bicycle out for a 20 mile ride the next day and it rode smooth as silk. I would recommend this shop to any and all.

Took my bike in to get wheels trued and gearing checked out, which was expedient and went very well. These guys are super cool, passionate and knowledgable about their craft. Prices are fair and reasonable. No complaints about them and I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking to service their bike.

Found the service I needed for my bike at a reasonable price. Staff accommodated my schedule and the quality of the work met my expectations. Bought some cycling gear and tubes at competitive prices. I recommend it.

Went in today to assess my bike's two tires! The two fellas were friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to service. I thought it was going to be a drop off job, and I'd be awaiting a call in a few days to come pick up the bicycle. This was not the case at all, it turned out to be an easy fix (not even my whole lunch break) and a few free laughs. Thanks!

I was in Walmart to buy a new bike , while waiting on customer service I searched bike shops and sun country bicycle shop popped up! I’m so glad it did. He literally fixed my Bike in 20 minutes! He saved me spending 200 bucks on a bike! Heck before I could get the bike in the door he identified every single issue, one being the tire was on backwards! We had a good laugh about that. Super courteous , Great prices and educated on his craft! Go to him for any bike needs he is worth the business!! Thanks Jimmy you’re my bike guy!

I don't know very much more about bicycles than how to ride one. However, I do know when I receive polite, professional service at a reasonable price. That is why I will continue to take my bicycle to Jimmie when I need service.

*17 October 2018 update of my first review.* I returned to Sun Country Bicycles today because I was treated so well before. I am pleased to report nothing has changed. Sun Country Bicycles continues to be a business where you will receive polite, professional service at a reasonable price. Today I was particularly impressed with Jimmie's ability to diagnose the problem and his explanation of how to get me back on the road quickly. Jimmie really knows what he is doing and does it well.

Great service. Called ahead needing a new commuter and they set me up with a Giant Roam Disc! After a day or so I had second thoughts and thanks to Jimmy I needed a road bike and not a hybrid. Patrick in Temple sealed the deal and now I have a BEAUTIFUL Specialized Allez that I adore after only a few rides. Highly recommended and WILL coming back.

Great staff, very helpful and knowledgeable. Today I brought a 24" in mtn bike wheel from my son's bike that I thought was damaged beyond use, but Patrick did an amazing job repairing the rim, and saving me from having to buy a spendy replacement rim for a kid's bike. All around awesome folks!

I took my bike in for a tire tube change and to have a baby seat mounted on, the staff was excellent. Good customer service and had it done in about 45 minutes. They also fixed my jogging stroller tire. I was hesitant because of the other reviews but I would recommend this store to everyone!

They were very knowledgeable about bikes. Its a business so they will try to sell you stuff so if u really dont know what you want get ready to be recommended to buy the most expensive stuff(probably because they think its the best). They did what i needed....changed out my innertubes....Sugessted i come back for a tune up. I will. Saw the reviews online about rudeness ...I didn't get that.
