The City of Chicopee had its annual Bright Nights Council On Aging Senior trip on November 29th & December 4th, 2023 both evenings King Gray had two charters to ride into Forest Park in Style and with comfort. ADA Accessible. The level of service and communication was amazing, they made the process easy to schedule and navigate. As always the city loves doing business with King Gray. I have had the pleasure of working with Matt and the team on several occasions now for private charters. Once to Boston and two to NYC, both for cruises. Without hesitation I will continue to use King Gray! During booking, responses are always prompt, pricing is always competitive, and I have yet to have an issue getting the day/time I need the charters, even with the fallout of C***d (I won't type it haha).

Look forward to working with you all in the future and HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for private charter, tours, etc. to give King Gray a shot. I know I've never had a regret about it, and I doubt you will either!

The service by King Gray is fantastic. They are so quick and thorough when booking a trip. And the drivers are so wonderful. Our driver helped with bags, and was just so nice - laying out a step under the bus every time we got off. He volunteered to get rid of garbage when we were walking out with it. He even helped our team celebrate at the end of our trip. Top notch service from the beginning to end!

Several co-workers and I took this bus for a sister-town 200th celebration that was five and a half hours away where we stayed for two nights. Our bus driver was very friendly and professional. The bus was very clean, roomy, and comfortable. I would highly recommend King Gray Coach Lines.

Craig Hero was our driver to the Women's March on Montpelier. He was an absolute professional from start to finish. He was courteous and accommodating. I've had experience with King Ward through my job at UMass Amherst for the last three years. We run six-week international exchange programs and use King Ward for our travel to Boston, New York City, Charlottesville, VA and Washington DC. King Ward has always been very flexible with our unpredictable schedule and always come through for us. Jose in particular is our favorite driver, and I look forward to the summers when I get to introduce a new group of participants to Jose. Simply the best! Can't recommend them enough.

On Sunday 9/8 I went on the 911 museum and memorial trip to NYC. The trip went flawlessly! Our guide, Jody, was fantastic!! Because of Jody, my friends and I will be sure to book all our trips with her as our guide. Our trip couldn't of went and smoother. Jody is the best!!
