I have never given a five star review. At most, a 4. I was saving my 5 for something out of this world and let me tell you, this is it!!!!! The best breakfast sandwich I have EVER had in my 29 years on this earth. I mean they say a photo says 1,000 words… just look how beautiful she is??!!!!?? I have no further comments on the subject…Just trust me on this one, do yourself a favor and get there right now!!!!!! I mean seriously, why are you still reading this? If you’re reading this beyond business hours then get your sleeping bag ready to camp outside so you can be the first customer when they open their heavenly doors at 6am. Every second you waste could be another second closer to a delectable party for your taste buds. Get going!!!!

Cool place! It was my first time eating here. Cute atmosphere. Nice staff - very helpful. My daughter was able to sample the Mac before committing, and she loved it. It's a better option than Panera because they actually make the stuff here instead of pouring it from a bag. We will definitely return.

Oh my word! So amazing! My two kids and I went here today for a little family date and it was PERFECT! They did have outside seating but we opted for indoors. EVERY SINGLE staff member was attentive, kind and hard working. Not once did I see them just sitting around. They were super kind to my kids and even swept up the mess we made WITH JOY . Like come on!

I got a bbq chicken panini, a 24oz iced coffee.
My son had a plain bagel toasted with plain cream cheese, a smoothie and my daughter had a egg (they even seasoned it up for her!)

Our total was like $28 for all of it and it is so worth it! The food is delicious fresh and high quality! Also you know where it's from ! (See the little nap picture!)
Will definitely be going again with more friends and family!

Best veggie lunch sandwich I’ve had. The horse radish sauce was a welcomed surprise. The bread is fluffy and delicious.

Located in the former Bruegger’s location, this is a welcome replacement. Although somewhat more pricey, this is a really good bagel. The everything bagel is loaded with seasoning. Crispy on the outside and great texture on the inside.

I was traveling for work and stopped here on a whim. I ordered through doordash. I was an hour late to picking up my order due to some issues at the hotel, but when I tell you that my melted coffee, smoothie, and sandwiches were good, they were AMAZING. Best gluten free bread I have ever had, I was actually shocked! I got the ham cheddar apple panini, super chicken panini, tropical sunrise smoothie, and brain freeze coffee with caramel. One of the best coffee drinks I've ever had!!

Been here previously, wanted something more "breakfasty" My sister is always game to go anywhere! We both had traditional lox and cream cheese. Their bagels are so fresh. Soft on the inside being chewy & crunchy outside. I don't know if it's franchise. If it is its certainly one of the better ones. The other thing is that the portions are regular people portions. Not too much with no flavor. The staff are efficient but not very engaging. That's okay, in and out.

My sister and I recently had lunch at The Works Cafe in Newton Plaza, Latham, and we were very impressed with the quality of the food, service and atmosphere. TWC is really alot like a fancier Panera. You can get breakfast, lunch and dinner food there; the coffee was good. The staff at this location were friendly and helpful. The tables and bathrooms were clean. We'll definitely go back.

This is hands down my favorite Cafe! Amazing coffees and fresh baked goods, you can’t go wrong. There’s something for everyone they really take extra care for people with allergies!

My sandwich was absolutely delicious had a turkey bacon lettuce Tom and mayo on sour dough so nice and fresh Honeybear was delicious and the pickle was awesome too the staff was super helpful nice a great customer service was spectacular

I went to The Works Cafe while on vacation visiting family and the staff was incredibly accommodating to my picky tastes. They have a wide variety of different options and ingredients. Sadly they don't have any Swiss cheese though.

Got the BBQ chicken panini on gluten free bread (light on the BBQ sauce). This was incredible. I love that there are gluten free options and the taste was great. I will come again! People who work there are friendly and it is a charming and health-conscious type of place.

Read to the end. Over the summer quality was great. Recently, had ordered to go through door dash, a sandwich toasted and a breakfast sandwich toasted. Neither were toasted even though the ticket said toasted. I saw other patrons sandwiches toasted? The bacon was clumped up and undercooked, while the lettuce was soaked in grease. For like 25$ for two sandwiches very disappointed. Over the summer when new quality was great!

One of the absolute best local bagel places we could ever ask for. Kind, polite, friendly, and energetic crew! Always serving with a smile and putting smiles on customers faces. Always a pleasant experience! Food is delicious! Glad to have these guys nearby.

My go to for a quick and healthy lunch. Haven't left disappointed in anything I've ordered, the quality of the food is great and they are reasonably priced.

Stopped for a bagel on my way to Sam’s Club and now this will be my bagel spot on this side of town! I got the cheese and jalapeño bagel with chive cream, cheese, and bacon, yes, I know quite indulgent! The bagels, soft and chewy as it should be in the cream cheese was delicious. Anyone who buys bagels from Sbucks in this plaza is insane. Also is very pleased to have my sandwich be reasonably priced. I hate going to get a bagel and then it comes out to over $8.
