Brubaker's Café & Bakery

Such a cute and cool little coffee shop! It’s located inside a little antique/boutique store :) I loved the coffee, the avocado toast was incredible too! My friends got other food and said it was amazing :)

They never miss! I look forward to having my Saturday lunch here all week. The coffee is perfect, the sandwiches are all amazing, the vibes are excellent for studying or writing, and there is plenty of seating. I only wish they were open Sundays or later on weekdays so I could come more than once a week! But I also respect their intent to protect their employees time.

My favorite order is the chicken salad sandwich, but the Turkey and cheddar (add bacon) is a close second.

This place is amazing!! We were camping nearby at Poinsett and on a rainy morning, decided to explore Sumter. We happened on to Brubaker's, and it was delightful. They are tucked into a great little antique-ish shop, which is fun, and have ample and comfortable seating. If I lived in Sumter I'd be in there every day. They roast their own coffee and bake their own stuff and it is very clear that the owners and workers care deeply about what they are doing. My partner had the "sconewich," a scone that is split, filled, and griddled on a panini press, was amazing (stealing this idea here in KY). I had toast (housemade sourdough--incredible) with brie and fruit, but I wanted everything on the menu! Worth the trip!!!

Luxury quality food and drinks in the heart of downtown Sumter. We've been to Brubakers several times now and the food and drinks have always been outstanding and unique from anything else around. The customer service is 10/10. This is about to become your new local favorite. Highly recommend!

This place has it going on! The wife and I were really impressed with the baked goods we picked up today. Everything we got was superb! Really looking forward to getting coffee and a breakfast sandwich in the morning, based off of how good the stuff we got today was I’m expecting and exceptional breakfast. Service was great and it was a nice little shop inside. Very impressed. If you live here or even if you’re stopping through like us you have to try this place. You won’t be disappointed! This has quickly become one of my favorite places in town. Everyone here has been awesome to chat with. They have a coffee for everyone’s taste and we’ve added their hand made croissants to our grocery list for making breakfast at home. Between Sumter and Richland county, Brubaker’s is one of the top locally owned cafes in the area.

I had the opportunity to sit down and enjoy a yummy Chicken, Bacon, Ranch wrap and a White Mocha frozen. Brought a friend, she enjoyed a Chicken salad sandwich. Enjoyed the great service and the comfortable atmosphere Brubakers has to offer. Plus ordered a Mediterranean Chicken Wrap to go for my Husband, which he enjoyed.

Today I had two sandwiches and a scone from this magical tea shop—all incredibly delicious. The first sandwich was a breakfast scone sandwich. It was so good that I didn’t have the time to take a photo before it was swallowed whole 😜jk I didn’t gobble it up in one bite, I think, but it was hella good!!! The staff and chef were very friendly. I felt welcomed. I sat and worked on my laptop, surrounded by knickknacks and beautiful antique furniture on one end and modern on the other—perfect space for a quaint little tea shop. Don't leave Sumter without stopping here🥰🤤

OBSESSED! Sumter’s only coffee roasters and man do they deliver on some excellently roasted beans! I appreciate all of the roasts just depending on my mood. Their swan roast (light roast) espresso in a dirty matcha with lavender. WATCH OUT. So good. Oh and I’d be remiss to not mention their French press service. Of ANY of their beans. It’s really an experience! Not to mention the staff is so friendly. They have also provide hot chocolate for 200 before and that went really well for me! Brubaker's is a fantastic little coffee shop located inside an antique/decor store. The employees greet their customers with a smile and are prompt with suggestions and service. Their baked goods are divine, and their coffee is superb. My favorite things to order are the lavender latte with almond milk and the brie & jam toast. 🤌😋

Immaculate taste, no burned tastes and an option to order online and a rewards program. 1000000 times better than Starbucks. Ordered before they open and was ready when I picked it up. Will be coming again !

I stumbled upon Brubaker's, and it turned out to be a delightful haven that instantly uplifts your spirits. Upon entering, I initially asked for a light roast, but the friendly barista suggested their vanilla latte, and it turned out to be one of the best I've ever had!

Super friendly staff. Fresh food. Great hot mocha. My son had iced coffee and loved it. The quiche was amazing as was the Club. Relaxing ambience.

I have been here 3 times and the Sandwiches are Great!!!! And the oatmeal cream pie is a must try if oatmeal is your thing. The staff is soo sweet and the atmosphere is very nice. You can dine in or just walk around and shop. You got to try this place out.

I'm not a coffee person, but this was the perfect place to take my wife, a coffee connoisseur! very tasty lunch options and the owner is committed to using his business to give back to the community!
