Went to the Verizon store in Latham to upgrade my phone. The rep David was excellent. He was friendly, knowledgeable, skilled and had a really good rapport and sense of humor. Overall a great experience

Marcel was very professional and knowledgeable. He offered great customer service and handled multiple issues with grace and patience.

We needed help setting up a replacement phone and new cases for all our phones. After this experience, we will be upgrading in a couple months when our deal is up. Patient professional services

This retailers location has earned an outstanding customer service reputation over the past year or so. My friends and family were raving about how knowledgeable and friendly the staff was to them, so thought that I'd try them out since I needed a new phone. I was very pleased with my experience, and would refer friends here too... thank you again for helping me with my new phone purchase.

I have to say that this was my best experience in my 43 years when dealing with a cell phone store. I was looking to upgrade my current Verizon service, so no need for a phone or accessories. With my 8 yr old daughter in tow, I was immediately greeted/acknowledged warmly by Lana (or maybe Alan..sp?)...I apologize for not remembering her name... It's similar to my oldest daughter's name Alana.. very nice young lady either way. I had several questions about upgrading my service since was grandfathered into a set plan in regards to data.. she answered all of my questions and the one that thing she wasn't sure on, she didn't BS and asked her male co-worker about. He was very helpful as well. Anyway, when all was said and done, I walked out of this store with upgraded, unlimited service, knowing what my bill would be every month. She was also very nice to my 8 yr old and entertained her while also being patient with me as I made my decision. Young lady was only 20yrs old, yet displayed excellent customer service skills. My hat's off to her and her Co-worker for an excellent experience. Thank you! 🙂

Buying a new phone is never easy, but the team here made it pretty painless. I was able to get three new phones and transfer all the data, get new accessories and everything. The young woman helping me answered all of my questions and was very patient and helpful during the process.
