In the Village of Baytowne. Amazing interior decor like a mini museum with breathtaking art and sculptures on the walls and displayed throughout - the best TRUMP 2024 merchandise anywhere around - and the best fishing shirts, shorts, bags, hats and all things fishing! We stayed in Sandestin for a month and found ourselves stocking up on all the great selection of merchandise frequently - the owner was the coolest dude we met during our stay - personable, knowledgeable and a straight down to earth shooter who really loves and appreciates his customers. Stop by, check it out, pick up your Trump gear and your fishing clothes I can’t wait to go back.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The other reviews stating the owner is arrogant and rude is 100% correct and then some! More like abusive! My son was sick and needing some bottled water, which my husband and my son went in to purchase. He ignored them forever and, a day, finally acknowledged him rudely after the lady he was flirting with and was chatting to, nudged him to acknowledge a potential patron. He barked something rude, and my husband and son said "its fine, we clearly dont exist, we're leaving." and proceeded to leave the store without purchasing anything. This man then leaves behind the counter and just begins cursing my husband aggressively in front of our son. Threatening to kick his ____ and over what? They were leaving the store due to him being rude. He charged at my husband and my husband put himself in front of our son, whereas the owner then flipped off my husband an inch away from his face. My son ran out to go get me, as I approached confused how anyone could treat a combat veteran (who was wearing a veteran hat, mind you) so rudely. I broke them apart to where the owner told me to "take my short mother_____ with me." I'd like to point out, I had not even spoke to this man and already he was treating ME awful too. My husband proceeded to call the local law enforcement and encouraged the owner to do so as well, since clearly the owner was erratic in his behavior.
He then comes back outside to yell at us again, tells my husband to get off his property. We told him we were waiting for law enforcement to get there. Baytown wharf needs to EVICT this man from their property, he is a liability to the public. Unfortunately, this guy knows how to skirt the law and do just enough to not be arrested. But apparently, he has assaulted other patrons prior to our situation. This man claims he supports veterans, but clearly, he thinks it's appropriate to harass combat veterans in front of a child. He also owns The Salt Life store across the way so don't go there either.

The man that owns this place is absolutely pathetic and doesn’t deserve to run a business. It takes a real winner to assault a man in front of his child all because he’s too lazy to welcome them into his store. Take your business to one of the many other nearby gear shops / to someone that actually wants it and appreciates it. Put this guy out of business before he has a chance to do this to someone else! Read all of the other reviews on this place and see that he has a lengthy history of behaving in this manner and don’t be his next victim!

Extremely rude owner/operator of this store. I’m not the kind of person to write bad reviews, and I won’t go into details, but don’t waste your time and money at this place.

The owner is garbage. Go somewhere else.

This is not a bait shop, it’s a clothing store. It should not come up when you search for bait shop
