Kristina was helpful,informative and pleasant to work with to upgrade my phone.

Frank was super helpful! He had a wealth of information concerning my upgrade, and the appliances that went with it. The rest of the guys were friendly too! I looked over to see how they interacted with other customers, it was clear to me that all of these guys were professionals. Good stuff 🤘🏼

Very happy with the service I received. Frank was exceptional, and was training Christian to be equally as helpful. I am new to the area and was not looking forward to going to a new location. We walked in not knowing what to expect. We really needed new service and they far exceed our expectations on service cost. We're able to get us set up and even ended up with a iPad and a updated device for less then we were paying. They customer service was among the best we have received from a cell phone company. All the employees were extremely professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. I definitely recommend them if your looking for new devices or service or just just interested in switching carriers

I recently got a direct tv account through this store. The sales representatives zoie and felicity were extremely helpful and sweet. So helpful and gave me the best deal available!

Excellent service the employees worked with me to get the best deal that aligned with my needs. The one gentleman who helped me knew everything without consulting others it was great having knowledge service. They do not carry phones older that two to three years so don’t expect any cheap phones.

I have had multiple friends try to convince me to change my wireless carrier to a "better" or "less expensive" carrier. I have given these suggestions some serious consideration until my recent experience with AT&T.
I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 cellphone online with AT&T on August 12 that was delivered August 17.
I made multiple unsuccessful attempts to transfer data to my new Samsung. After the frustrating attempts I decided to go to the AT&T Store in Auburn, ME on August 28 in the hopes that they could assist me.
I was very fortunate to have Amir assist me and successfully acvomplish the transfer of data and activation.
Amir was extremely patient, professional, personable and competent. He took the time to show me some of the new functions, short cuts, etc.
As a long time AT&T customer I am pleased to say that I will continue to be an AT&T customer due to the excellent customer service that Amir provided.
Hopefully AT&T has a program to recognize your outstanding employees. Amir is certainly deserving of recognition for his excellent customer service.

I flew from South Carolina and got 1000x better service here. Blew AT&Ts from my homestate way outta the water. 12/10 would fly up there again. Best part was really how amazingly helpful zoie and felicity were like without them I wouldn’t even know what AT&T is.

My wife and I went in with questions, this one guy was looking lonely and needed someone to talk to, 2 employees and 1 other customer. Asked our questions, got answers, made our deals and left. Very good day.

I cannot say I 100% pleased with AT&T yet but I can see the individuals working at the Auburn location are absolutely awesome and worth 5 stars. Excellent personalities and the guy put se major time into trying to get us help setting up our new Apple I watch. No success (apparently a huge problem) but he was so good with my son. Still dealing with ATT AND APPLE...neither seem capable of helping us. But I was much happier going to the store and dealing with people that make us feel welcome! Super location. And they are finally authorized dealers...so I can skip Portland. Phew
