Jo and Li took great care of me first they didn’t have my size but they went to the back and found me the size I needed got the boots I wanted and walked out feeling great!!
I also recommend getting their Water proof repellent works great and keeps your shoes spotless!!!! 10/10 recommend!

I went here for my wife's shopping. The designs here are amazing and the staff is super helpful. My wife doesn't wear heels and she found boots off pretty good design there meeting all get criteria that we couldn't find in many other stores. The location is also very convenient. We also returned one pair and that was also hassle free.

If you can find Paul to help you out, do it! He helped me today and I was delighted I came across him at the store. He was really nice to talk to and he even made sure I got all the discounts possible - which I really appreciated. Loved this store already but have to add that Paul is a 5-star guy. Thank you!!

Great customer experience with not only their staff but the manger, Capri. I had trouble with an online order to be delivered to their store. It was over a month late - some type of glitch - and the main DSW customer service hotline - gave poor service and resolution to my issue - which is STILL not resolved. The REDMOND STORE was more responsive and gave better service/ recommendations on an issue that was not their error. Impressive.

Peoplw were extremely nice in handling a retur. Suggested i might want to try other methods to purchase the correct size for my feet
I ordered narrow when i should have ordered a med or wide. I ordered both and will see which one is the better fit for me. The clerk was very professional and knew his shoes. Love this store i have happy feet now.

I had been looking for a very specific type of shoe, one that was a slip-on with a back, that would be easy to put on and take off without bending my knee, after knee surgery. I had looked at a number of stores, without luck. DSW had a selection from which I could choose. The best was that I got a very stylish Michael Kors, it fits perfectly, and and it gives great support. Even without the beautiful styling, I would have bought the shoe for rhe great fit. I appreciated their help in locating the specific shoes that might work. Thanks, DSW.

Love there boots! I went in for shoes and i was not sure of the size. But yhey helped me and they took there time to help me find what I was looking for . I finally decided on a pair and they serched for my size, they found the last pair . I was happy. Now i wont have to keep looking.

Good attention and good products, great place to look for discounts and designer shoes. You can find all kinds of shoes from party shoes to sports and even running ones, from famous brands as Nike and Skechers. They also have a bag section and sell some leggins, tights and socks.

Great selection of shoes at DSW. Currently sale is going on boots and winter shoes. Could not find a suitable slip on with platform. Wide selection of sports shoes. Wide variety of sketchers as well

Excellent selection. I came in thinking I wanted one thing but ended up getting something even better at the suggestion of an employee who took the time to listen to what I was looking for and recommend something even better.

Found the perfect work shoe and was able to order a different pair (unfortunately they didn't have my size in stock) to be shipped to me at no extra cost.

Always hit the clearance racks in the back first. Grab things when you can, merchandise moves quickly. Still regretting not buying a pair of purple Converse when I saw them. :)
