I had a Great First Experience visiting Redmond Gamestop. Saoirse was a great Manager. To support local Gamestops, I traded in my PS5 at this location. I highly recommend to visit this gamestop for your gaming needs. This place had a comfortable environment They had wonderful collectables & I liked the Product Placement. I had an issue with my online order that, unfortunately, I had to return back in store. The person handling my case in-store was super-helpful, nice, and did whatever they can to resolve the issue in a timely manner. It was non-trivial case, they called their online counterparts, their district manager, and finally resolved the case to my satisfaction. Much appreciated!

Always a positive experience. There are some really good employees here that know the products and do a great job of explaining pro member specials, good deals, and such.

Fantastic and knowledgeable staff, clean and organized store. The people who work there really know games, and are always willing to talk about them or make suggestions. It is also one of the cleanest and better organized GameStops. Amazing selection of Preowned games, maybe the best in the region.
The only downside to this store is they have been slowly getting rid of their older games like PS3/360/Wii U/and even 3DS. There's barely anything left for those, and it's all common boring titles.

So here’s the thing. I gave this store 5 stars because the people who work here are cool. I give the company zero stars because they’re hot garbage. They charged me for an online order and never shipped it and just kept telling lies about it. Do not shop online. Shop only in person with this company.

The team was very helpful and courteous. I needed to buy a headset and games for a friend and had no idea what I needed. I was treated with respect, the products were well explained, and my purchase was a success. Thanks Gamestop! I'll be back.

Really great staff that knows what they know and is honest about it all. Bryce is the best, always remembers me and gives me time to hunt for a great game, plus offers me insight on what I may haven't tried yet. It's location is just out of the way enough to make it the sweet spot for your gaming needs.

Bryce was the employee that helped me. We talked for a while, since I got there early when the store has just opened. I could tell he cared about games, and didn't just want to push used games onto me as some might expect when going to a Gamestop. Made some purchases, and left the store a happy customer.

The folks here have always been pretty great, it's been my regular GameStop destination, but lately they've seriously been impressing me- I've enjoyed every last visit and never left without a smile on my face, even when I didn't buy something. Fantastic customer service, with the added bonus of fantastic folks. 10/10 would recommend.

One employee (possibly the store manager) who is always there is very enthusiastic and helpful. Additionally, I haven't had an experience buying a used game that completely doesn't work in several years, which is all I can really ask for.

Friendly low pressure & helpful staff. Good selection of new and used games and consoles in stock. While it's a small location it is crammed with goodies. Found some great deals on Nintendo DS games. Thumbs up!

Very helpful staff, funny and knowledgeable. The store has a great selection of products as well. I'm still old school and like an actual game copy and they got what I need.

While it is a GameStop which means you'll be trying to be sold on their membership program. This has got to be one of the least pressuring establishments I have been to. Great staff during the morning and early afternoons. Only complaint I have was that they were sold out of what I was after, but that's not their fault

Bryce was the clerk that helped me at checkout. He was very knowledgeable about the games, and very fun to talk to. The store is organized, and has the GameStop feel that you can only get there: feeling immersed in gaming!

The person working was very helpful, but gave us our time while we browsed around the store. Ended up saving a couple dollars due to the employees knowledge.

Great selection of games here. This is one of the bigger gamestops in the area so it has a better variety of games. Staff here is also very friendly and good with recommendations. Was my go-to place for pokemon event cards.

The staff here are great. From Matt the manager of the store, to Jesse and Brice they are the best.
