Do NOT buy accessories from Cricket stores. I recently upgraded my phone and was sold a phone case with the phone. Later, I went to plug my head phones in and noticed the phone case is blocking the audio jack port. For a $33.99 case that is made for the phone and I purchased out of convenience of not making another store run, I wasn't pleased; don't even get me started on the overpriced $42.49 glass screen protector. The store was closed for the day so I picked up an Otter case at Wal-Mart for $11.99. Much better quality and it doesn't block the audio jack port. Two days later I brought the case and receipt, wanting to return it and get my money back. The best they could do was exchange it. I had already purchased a much better quality phone case, for considerably less money, and was not interested in exchanging for another phone case. The store clerk handled the situation well as I recognize he does not set the return policy. He provides me with a 1-800 Cricket support number and when I call them, I'm told the same thing. 3 stars because I've never had an issue with the service after 4 years, but do not waste your time buying accessories at Cricket store locations because their return policy is inadequate and a joke.
