We have not had good experiences at the Novato location so we decided to come here. Sooooo worth the drive from Novato. Omar was very knowledgeable, professional, helpful and friendly. He explained the advantages of the phones we were considering without being pushy.
Excellent customer service and we are very happy.

Usually this location is much more helpful than the McDowell location.. my phone is just about nonfunctional and I rushed here after work and they're closed early.. there's no signs indicating a change of hours, nor does it reflect a change of hours online. Would've been nice to know when I checked todays hours before rushing here in the rain for no reason.
