Holy smokes. All I can say is Ember was just incredible to support me with making a very hard decision. I had no idea what I should choose between the Witcher 3 Wild Hunt or Animal Crossing New Horizons. She led me to make the perfect decision that still impacts me today. The customer service was second to none. She took the time needed for me to make the best decision I could possibly make with no pressure what so ever. I can’t even tell you how much this girl made an impact in my life. I will return. And I expect, nothing less, than the service that was provided to me on Feb 12, 2024. Ember, thank you. This become one of those most memorable birthdays a 47 year old could ever have.

The manager of this store was amazing! Made good on something that had gone wrong for a while that was not his fault. He went way above and beyond to make it right! Will definitely be spending more money here!

Most Gamestops are the same, but this one is special. I have 3 Gamestops close to my house, and I always choose to go to this one. Jerry has been personable, knowledgeable, and the reason I keep coming back. I have pre-ordered many Funko pops, and I have bought many video games from this store. I have yet to have a bad thing to say about the place. It's clean, organized and it's one of my favorite spots to come in when we are running errands or just want to browse. Thank you Jerry and team for making this a great place to shop!

I went here to exchange a game after going to another location that was terrible. Tyler was so so nice and polite I had just had to leave a review , he helped me and was very kind and quick with the service. Thanks Tyler 👍

It's always so hard to find Five Nights at Freddy's things anywhere anymore but I found these items at this GameStop on clearance it was awesome my kids were excited

Came in on my son birthday. One associate was amazing the other one it was his first day and he was well he tried. He did know much information on the games or products. Or how to find the sleeve of the game we bought. But the other guy training was very helpful and kind.

I love it here, best GameStop in the valley. I actually have been going here for nearly a dozen years, and I've moved since I started, but I still drive across town to give this one my business.

I’m so grateful for the associate that worked the night shift tonight. I had some joy cons that needed replacing and he was very informative about how the warranty works and the protection plan for the new joy cons. He was very professional and observant to my situation as a mom with a fussy toddler. I was able to get in and out quickly.

This is a nice store. Small but well organized and clean. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, so I feel confident when my questions are answered.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We are new to gaming, and they went above and beyond to help us find some stuff that we loved. They even gave us the online sale price for the games we purchased, and they helped us straighten out some issues with our membership account, and honored some coupons that we had missed. Overall, very satisfied.

Jason is an awesome employee and is really helpful with anyone wanting to get a game. The employee working with him on July 19th in the evening (I didn’t get his name) was also fantastic and very helpful! Best time I have had at gamestop!

I wish I had caught the name of the man who helped me, but I was in a rush and didn't think to check. I came in on my lunch break to see if they had a game that came out only to find it hadn't garnered enough interest to have copies in the store. He was very helpful and suggested multiple methods for me to get a hold of it and I truly appreciate the time he took. Next time I need something it will definitely be a first stop.

I was in this store tonight and my 5 year old was being less than enjoyable. When your child is running around a store throwing a level 10 tantrum it’s absolutely humiliating. I wish I had gotten the name of the employee working tonight because he was hands down the most amazing person I have ever met. My husband took our son outside to calm him down. I brought my game up to the counter and apologized for my son’s behavior. He laughed it off. Obviously he has kids so he gets it. When my husband and son returned he gave my kid a very sweet and polite spiel about how he needed to be good for his mom and dad and told him if he was good he had a present for him. At that point he pulled out a stuffed pig. I don’t really know if he fully understood how much his compassion meant to us but it turned our experience from an embarrassing 10 minutes to a moment well never forget. Please make sure this man knows how thankful we are for reminding us that there are GOOD people in the world.

Staff was super helpful! Saved me money and had good conversation while he did it. Just sorry I didn't catch his name so I could call him out by name. Thank you dark haired bearded dude.

I'm always here. The guys know me by name and are amazing! They tell you the truth about games. They are amazing. Because I'm there so much they know my style of games so they are always suggesting more games I'd like. They have a huge selection of Pokemon cards. Amazing game and console selection and the guys there are amazing! 10/10

So very helpful with me for my son's birthday, I had no clue aboutt the gaming systems. Erick and Cole (I hope I got their names right) were absolutely awesome and they helped me so much. Thanks to them my son is gonna have a great birthday! You guys are the best!! I am a customer for life now.

Only needed to buy some electronic accessories sold only at gamestops or online stores twice. Both times staff on duty was great at talking about the products we were buying and didn't push any extra subscriptions or clubs that the store offers. Easy in and out purchases with no hassle
