I just left the GNC store in the Warwick Mall and had the pleasure of getting assistance from Nick. He was such a huge help for my fitness needs, very easy going, and knowledgeable. Thanks for all of your help!

Excellent customer service. Came in at 8:30pm and was provided with in-depth knowledge of their products by their sales representative. The sales rep went the length to make sure I recieved the most value from my purchase.

Awful. Walked in, young guy with a beard didn’t say anything, I ask him if he carries Onnit pre workout, without looking up at me he just says no. Doesn’t offer alternatives, doesn’t offer to check. Absolutely awful service, I’ll take my business to a local business. This was at 10:42am Warwick Mall.

Wow can't believe it. One year later, show up an hour before they close and they are closed early again!! It's 8pm and they close at 9. This is messed up! How is this tolerated....???

Posted hours say they close at 9pm. Showed up at 8:20pm and store was closed. Apparently a new employee decided to close early....not a good look....not impressed

The worker at GNC was not helpful, didn’t seem in a good mood and didn’t answer my questions. I really needed help but he was just saying it’s the same thing over and over again.
