Great staff. Fast service. My go-to place for a hot mocha. One time , I accidentally ordered my coffee at another location through the app, but the staff here graciously made my order for free. Yet another time I left home while talking on the phone and forgot my wallet, but the barista gave me my coffee for free! I love this Starbucks!!

There’s a guy who works here in the mornings and I don’t know his name but he needs a raise/promotion or at least a few gold stars. I would have given this location 2 stars before; his personality and skills (best drink ever when most days it’s a gamble) keep me coming back.

Typical Starbucks inside grocery store. Small but clean. There was only one barrista working so there is a bit of a wait if there's more than 2 people in line. Other than the fact that items are way overpriced as in any Starbucks I needed my caffeine fix so I paid the 6.00 for my Frappuccino. It was delicious.

A very nicely setup store. Good table space for working.

I needed to download the latest software update today, so thank you for the free wifi. Also, the breakfast sandwich & venti double chocolate chip frappuccino were both DELICIOUS! So glad you are in the neighborhood! ❤

One barista here was very sweet to me yesterday. I come here every so often for a change of pace to work on projects. She came out to my table and asked if I wanted a refill - of course I did! She got me another coffee and brought it back to me. Excellent and rare customer service.

Very busy Starbucks. The line for the drive through can spill out into the road. Fantastic staff. Denise was helpful and super nice. My weird special order drink was prepared perfectly. Customer service in this very busy location is great. Impressive.

A decade I've been enjoying the Java Chip Frappuccino. Some more delicious than others. Sometime I would have the beverage and wonder why it tasted different, yet remained good.

I ordered one yesterday from the Cherry Hill location; my first visit there. The counter attendant, I believe the manager, asked if I wanted coffee in it. I exclaimed "I've never been asked that". She explained they make two Java Chip Frappuccino's--one with coffee, the other without. Wow! "Ten years of enjoying the drink, I've never been asked/offered." We discussed the difference, and she thought that may have been the taste difference in the past--none of the stores ask, and pour randomly.

I informed the attendant, "I want the boldest taste." She recommended the coffee added frappuccino, and ask that I provide a response/critique.

Coffee added it was. "YES! THAT IS IT!! That's the bold taste I love." I shouted to her.

I m grateful she informed me of the two ways to prepare the drink, and I will always request "with coffee". Thank you Cherry Hill Store for the education. Thank you Starbucks for the Cherry Hill Store and Staff.

This Starbucks is a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk, depending on the weather! There is always a line of cars at the drive-thru. My favorite drinks are either a grande skinny vanilla atte with an extra shot (hot or iced), or a grande hot or cold chai tea. Excellent cleanliness.

Starbucks has great customer service no matter what time of day you arrive for you choice of drinks or snacks.

It's a franchise but honestly some are better than others. This one is good (at least when I went). Friendly staff, quick service, and they have the mugs :) At first they got my drink wrong and made it hot, but she remade it iced in like 10 seconds.

fav location in the area, they never make my brown sugar oat milk bitter, a lot of places do that and it’s repulsive and can taste like what i imagine battery acid to taste like. the barista carson gives great recommendations!!

Even if the drive-thru line is out on the street, they clear it quickly with a friendly and professional attitude. 10x better than the Starbucks in Greenbelt. How they have the same Google rating is a complete mystery to me.

This location is very quick with orders and makes great coffee drinks. The staff is great, they are always willkng to correct your order if necessary or do what they can to make you happy. Plus they have a drive through!

Always quick, and the staff is very nice. The drive through is a little small for the amount of traffic they get, but they manage to keep up.

It's a great spot to grab a quick bite and a coffee before starting the day.

Breakfast sandwich was tasty. Fast service. I think they could put the sandwiches in some kind of aluminum, like Chick-fil-A does, so they retain their heat better. And Starbucks's bacon is always kind of flimsy. Still yummy though.

Sarah at this location has excellent customer service! She helped me fix a problem with my Uber eats order because I was at work & couldn’t drive up there. She made my day ! Thanks again :)
