Ms Sarah run the best UPS store I have ever used. As someone that shops a lot on the internet I often have a lot of returns. The line is always moving fast and everyone working there is so happy and enthusiastic which I truly appreciate it. I go out of my way to use this store as I have had so many good experiences over the few years they have been opened.

Ms Sarah and her team are awesome! Fons held onto a package my work sent me but they forgot to put my name on it. They had mislabeled it, mailing it with their own name on the to and from fields :) We finally figured out what the issue was and my package was safely held at the UPS store (which was great as it saved my workplace money). Just an example of GREAT customer service and problem solving. Thank you!

Waylon is a true example of kindness, patience, professionalism and can I say a true asset to The UPS Store Or any organization! He is always pleasant, knowledgeable, and offers problem solving on the spot!!!

This location always goes above and beyond - I was needing help with copies to be able to study properly for college exams, the staff learned this and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me get good grades. I’ll never forget the act of kindness from this store. Come here and don’t think twice about it. Amazing staff and so knowledgeable and professional!

The customer service was top tier! I wish I knew the lady’s name to give her props as she was very helpful and very efficient.

Always friendly, helpful and competent staff. Even when there is a line, it always moves quickly. You can tell this place is run by someone that understands customer service.

I was able to walk right in and send my packages. I had 3 pkg and they were able to get me the appropriate size box at a good price.

Wow! Sarah and her team made my shipping experience the best I could have hoped for. I came in with 19 large cumbersome boxes and they helped me get everything shipped with a smile!

I wish I wasn't moving so that I could have used this UPS store more often.

Unlike other UPS locations I have been to, this location runs very smoothly now matter how busy they are and get. Never a long wait even when there is a long line. And the manager (can’t recall her name) is always so pleasant and courteous. I believe she sets a high example for her team and is why they operate the way they do.

Honestly the best experience I have had at any similar store. They were incredibly kind and went out of their way to make sure my package got shipped even though it was technically too big.

I would drive out of the way to come here rather than other UPS stores.

Great for doing Amazon returns or for shipping via UPS world-wide. I brought in an Amazon return, they scanned my code, gave me my receipt and I was gone.

They were a little busy today so it took about 10 minutes for me to get to the counter, but at least the AC was working.

You can also bring in unpackaged items and they will pack it and ship it for you. In addition they have mailboxes for rent for business purposes AND they can do custom printing for you as well.

I can’t say enough good things about this UPS location. The customer service, friendliness, and solution-oriented staff deserve more than 5 stars! I had a very large, expensive, fragile piece of artwork to ship. They packaged it with such attention to detail and walked me through the various shipping options. It arrived in one piece and on time! What I thought would be a difficult shipping situation turned out to be very easy. I will be back again and again!

We needed a notary and discovered all employees are notaries and can be witnesses for documents as well. It was a smooth process. Thank you!

This place is so nice & so efficient I’m never going to another!! I had a ton of returns for a party that didn’t end up happening and the line was pretty long I thought we were going to be there forever. The people who work here are super efficient and good multitaskers, they got that line down to nothing in minutes. When we started holding up the line because we didn’t know how to find our Amazon QR codes, they started taking people on another register to keep things rocking and rolling. We also did not tape up our packages which was dumb on our part but they were so nice about it I had to write a review!! LOVE this store I can’t believe how fast and how easy this was (despite me being my own worst enemy)

The BEST customer service and UPS store in Houston TX! I can't say enough great things about the manager, Sarah and Nia! They both went above and beyond to ensure that I got my package re-sent to me in Dallas. They both were so kind, professional, and beyond helpful. Both Sarah and Nia are great examples of caring people who do a fantastic job ensuring outstanding customer service. They both deserve a substantial raise and kudos from management. They both took the time to follow-up with me after they resolved the initial problem. All of their diligence took place over the phone as I live in Dallas and they are located in Houston. Thank you Ladies. I appreciate you more than you know.

I've been using this UPS store for over 7 months. I've had them print for me a few times but mainly would pick up packages that I had sent there. I probably had a few packages shipped there each month. I currently live someplace where I can't get mail. They are very polite and organized. There have been packages that did sit for awhile before I was able to pick up, and I never had any issues with them locating them. I was scared of the other UPS stores in the area (based on their reviews). I see Sarah (the owner) in there ALL time. She's very polite, professional, courteous, just like her staff. I never changed my permanent address from my family's home despite moving quite a few times. They are finally selling, so it was time to get a PO BOX. I chose this store because the rapport we built. I'd also recommend getting a PO BOX here VERSUS the actual USPS because they will sign for your packages as well and you can send fedex/UPS shipment here. They are not the CLOSEST UPS store to me, but I still chose this one, that tells you a lot. Thank you Sarah and Team!

The owner and staff went above and beyond and were so kind and compassionate and helpful. The young lady who answered the phone was so kind and assured me they could receive the items I needed to ship, they had boxes I needed, and they would be picked up in a few days, as the driver had already picked up that day. It was almost closing when I arrived because the first ups store I had tried did not have what I needed, even though I had called that morning to ask. The staff and owner at this store stayed well after closing to help me figure out creative ways to package what I had safely for transport. I am so grateful for their kindness in a difficult time.
