Bath & Body Works

I've spent over $400 on a single trip here during the semi-annual sale, and I come here often to make small purchases as well. The service here is consistently great, with employees greeting you offering a free pump of hand sanitizer and informing you of the latest deals going on. This store also does a good job of keeping things in stock, there's a wide variety of scents and products to choose from every time you visit. Best B&BW location in the area, and it's a great store for gifts.

The place is very well decorated and at this time it literally smells like Christmas. There are a lot of delicious options to choose from and the staff is always supportive. They know how to answer every question from the citrus scents to what is best for your type of care.
When I was there last week they had a special promo in body care, pay three take four. They also have a promo for the candles, pay one and take two for the same price. It's not cheap at all but it's worth it to get all of those candles. 100% yes.

Came to the mall today in the city I'm visiting. Swong by Bath & Body Works because they had an amazing sell going on. If you buy three products you can get two free, or you can buy two products and get one free. They also had a whole bunch of amazing smelling candles buy white barn that I had to grab one of them. It smells like somebody pick it in the kitchen it was so amazing they had it burning in the store so I decided to buy one. The staff was super friendly and extremely helpful it almost felt like there was somebody to help everybody. I definitely plan on coming back again before I get on my plane they at.

Whatever makes the wife happy is the mission. But also dint know that they do have some products for men! Actually found myself some good men's cologne, body spray, and body cream called leather and brandy! Great smelling stuff!

I'm not big on smelly things. But my partner loves this shop and fills the house with scent doodads and dinglefloppers. It makes her happy, which makes me happy.
Staff is overly friendly and the sale prices make shopping here affordable.

Absolutely love this place. The main workers are a delight. I recommend you shop when they have their sales. Prices seem high for my liking. The soaps dry my skin up but I am a big fan of everything else. Customer service is great. They did change their return/exchange policy which made it unpleasant for customers.

Bath & Body Works has some of the best fragrances at a very reasonable price. I always rack up when they have sales. The store is always clean and organized, and the customer service is top notch. I absolutely love this place.

I want to give a huge thank you to Jay, supervisor at the Chesterfield Town Center store. He went above and beyond with customer service when he personally wrapped our candle and holder that was a gift for someone special. Jay did a beautiful job wrapping and then gave us a discount on the purchase. We appreciate everything Jay did to make our visit to his store special.

I love this place! the displays are beautiful and we'll set up. the variety of scents in lotions, candles, soaps, aromatherapy, sanitizers, and hair and skincare products is too amazing. the sales are frequent and well-priced. it's wonderful how many products I can get and how much money I can save, all at the same time. I loving buying items as gifts, but moreso as treats for myself!!

Went here with my daughter about a week ago. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Weren't too pushy or in your face about anything, but were there when you had questions. One of the employees even laughed and joked around with my daughter and me. Definitely do recommend this Bath & Body Works in South Park Mall.

Eucalyptus spearmint is one of my favorite fragrances I get every time I go there.

Best customer service ever!!! Manager Maria is so awesome! She is customer friendly, polite and professional!!! That's very hard to find these days. I have been spending my money at this location since she has been here. If your customer service is distasteful, I will not spend my money.

I love going to the bath and body works stores, you have fun a lot of times and laugh with the workers. You need the laughter

Bath&Body is my go to for hand sanitizers. Always well stocked and clean. The staff is always knowledgeable about their scents and inventory. A cashier has even filled me in on a promotional buy so that I could take advantage of it before completing checkout. I have not encountered long lines. Returns/exchanges are easy.

The rest are was very nice very respectable and ask if they can help me and greeted me leaving and coming. They were dressed appropriately and clean for a customer atmosphere. They also suggested some items for upsell which made me reconsider what I was buying and buy some more stuff.

Absolutely LOVE Bath & Body Works stuff. Best lotion and fragrances around hands down. I spend WAY too much money here but it's worth every penny. Won't buy my stuff anywhere else.

I love bath and body works, nothing like smelling good during your shower and after your shower. Alot of different gels, lotions colognes and perfumes. I think I shop here more for myself now than I do my lady. Great place

Lots of workers. Everybody is friendly. Good selection of products! Will be back! Only thing is that I'm from NC and I can't cash in my rewards, but I still get the purchase credits.
