I am so glad this UPS is open in the neighborhood. First Marley is amazing!!! She is thoughtful and she remembers me every time I stop in. This woman needs a raise because she is always working and catering to everyone needs. Everyone in the store is friendly and helpful. This UPS store is reliable! Keep up the great work!

When shipping my mobile phone back to the manufacturer they wrapped and secured it to prevent any damage during transit. My phone arrived in an even faster manner than I expected. I am grateful to this UPS location for taking the time and care with my mobile device.

I love this location! I live nearby so it’s convenient. The customer service is always great. I like this location so much that I use it as a pickup location for my amazon packages now. The staff are always quick. I have only had to wait in line once and my wait was less than 5 minutes. I’m in and out. My only suggestion is that they need to update their business hours on their website and on Google because they are not open on Sundays.

Thank you for an amazing experience. I only used this store location for three months due to an emergency with the mail delivery at my residence. The staff are very kind and were very professional every time I came in to retrieve my boxes. They got to know me and recognized me upon entry into the store. This is what true customer service looks like. The store was clean and well stocked with items. The system to nofity me of packages was quite efficient!. Thanks again. I will continue to tell others about this amazing UPS store!

I use UPS to ship everything and return anything. They are always helpful and kind. One of the owners always engages in conversation and the lady with the tattoos who likes spongebob is always kind and helpful.

The staff there were patient and kind. They were very helpful with me not being computer savvy. Thanks to the staff at Holland ups 👍🏽💯

The customer service and location (parking is accessible/available) are 5+ stars!!!! During a recent visit, Marley went above and beyond to answer all my questions and quickly and efficiently took care of me . 5+ stars!!!!!
