This place has recently changed ownership for the best.
The atmosphere is so pleasant and trendy and Angela was so attentive. I couldn’t decide between two smoothies and she was so ready to help sort what I was drawn to and make something I really wanted. It was so freaking good.

My favorite coffee shop to stop by before i head off to work! The baristas working here are really nice, and my drinks come out promptly. The atmosphere here as well is phenomenal and i love the seating options. they even have a patio to sit outside when the weather is nice. the drinks are great and i love the variety of milk options.

Went here after church with friends we got smoothies where amazing, burritos where yummy and love the chai. Angela was working and she was so so sweet. They just took over ownership an awesome husband and wife couple! They happily customized my chai and my friends smoothies!

Definitely some of the best coffee I’ve had in Denver. Unique takes on different drinks will absolutely having me come back and trying all of their variants. Got some classic avocado toast, but honestly, left a little bit to be desired, as the avocado spread didn’t taste super flavorful.

This was our first visit to Toasts and Roasts and we loved our experience. It was a very cute cafe and the staff were very kind. Our food was delicious, we ordered an iced matcha and the breakfast avocado toast. Which was very filling, held us over for most of the day. Definitely recommend stopping here for a snack.

I moved in this neighborhood “Uptown Denver “ last week. A neighbor Allison recommended this place to me! The staff here is amazing. I see the same customers here daily and the brew is to die for!
I even came up with a new catch phrase “ Come Get You Daily Dose, at the Toast and Roast”

Hands down the best to-go, lunch and pastries option in Uptown. The owner is the nicest and the staffs are the most friendliest and enjoyable people you will come across in Denver. I would recommend toasted marshmellows oat latte and vegan earl grey donuts!!!

Best gluten free / vegan options around! I love this place - you can tell the food is truly high quality. I recommend a breakfast bowl (they even have vegan cream cheese) - it was filling and the ingredients tasted fresh. I couldn't leave without a GF donut! They have many GF treats - cupcakes, almond tarts and more (a rare find, even in Denver). It's obvious this place puts effort and care into their food. Clean and cozy atmosphere, friendly staff. 5 stars, no doubt!!

What's not to like? Very dog friendly, neighborhood type of place near the hotel we were staying in. Enjoyed the coffee and the breakfast burrito.

The staff were exceptionally nice and accommodating. It is just a a great place to have a cup of coffee and not rush. Happy to have found it.

This place is amazing! The owner is an AMAZING baker and you can't go wrong with any baked good, though I personally recommend the almond tart of the day or a cinnamon crunch cake 😊 Their hot horchata mix is so good too - not something you find everywhere! Good coffee and always friendly service.

Fast, easy, yummy coffee. Breakfast burrito came with choice of salsa or green chili. A freshly made breakfast burrito. Great coffee. A nice neighborhood spot.

From new England and stopped here because it was near our hotel. Super friendly staff, delicious food and coffee, and dog friendly! Highly recommend!

Omg I love this place!! I’m so sad I’m just finding it before we move 😭 so I have to write a review and help others find it. This is a dog friendly cafe that’s decorated super cozily. Yummy coffee and other drink options, with a breakfast menu of toasts, burritos, sandwiches, etc. The manager is the sweetest most welcoming human too ❤❤

Great place for lattes and to grab a drink. I appreciate supporting small and local businesses downtown.

Amazing experience every time I go here. They have by far the best pumpkin spice latte I've EVER had. The burritos are perfectly simple but delicious, a little on the small side but worth the price. Will continue to go here a couple times a week as long as they're open! Which is hopefully forever. (sad they're closed on Tuesdays now but I get it, everyone needs a break)

I just adore coming here. I’ve never had such high quality, healthy meals for SUCH a reasonable price! I’m obsessed with their breakfast bowl and I didn’t even like quinoa before having it! The chai is phenomenal. Most of all, the owners and the people working here are so special and warm. Love everything about here.

My go-to spot for coffee and taking guests for a quick brunch. The staff are very friendly and they have a patio, which is great for bringing a pup.

I’ve been lucky enough to live within a block of this spot for 2 years now, which means I’ve been more than one would like to admit. This place gets, at minimum, five stars. The coffee is amazing, the food is delicious (with GREAT vegan options- their tofu scramble is delicious), and their staff is so incredibly sweet. They usually have one, maybe two people working behind the counter (so the line can get pretty long) but they never skimp on quality. You can tell they have their regulars, because I doubt people that live in the area only come once. Best coffee spot in uptown!
