Starbucks

The store is very clean and has a minimalistic standing area. I was lucky enough to meet the general manager and manager of the store who were very friendly but everybody there is always very happy always smiling and eager to serve and do it with a smile. Sometimes the lines are long but they have enough people behind the counter to handle it gracefully and quickly. I very much enjoy going there. And if you have the opportunity to speak with the general manager / owner she is wonderful.

It's nice and clean and warm in here. I understand why there is no seating or bathrooms in the downtown area which was fine as we were ordering drinks to go. The seasonal gingerbread oatmilk chai is a new favourite.

There was a man who came in the store and started digging in the trash obviously not in the right state of mind... The staff were polite and respectful to him when most would have acted poorly... Offered him warm water on a snowier day... I would recommend this store to everyone.. u have gained a custom for life

Quick stop on the way to the Capitol on a sunny spring day. Big open area, which is needed for the huge line waiting for their orders and no tables to sit at inside. Luckily, we just picked up a water and a "You Were Here " mug for Denver and were on our way. Sad to see that there were no restrooms for as they were all closed to the public. Leaving a 5 star for the fun counter person.

From the time I walked up to the counter I was greeted, while being helped and served, ALL the staff were so friendly and this was so refreshing and a welcoming environment. I definitely recommend this location. Thank you all for your kindness and smiles today! :)

Cute Starbucks! Open floor plan, the Valentine decor wasn't overboard either. Much friendlier service than some! Good job, and my drink with special orders was excellent. 5 stars for sure guys!

The staff is really awesome Gage did a great job at making recommendations and since it was busy he kept thanking everyone for their patience (even though it only took 5 minutes) overall I think this is one of the best locations I’ve been to I just wish they had seating options

Cassie the barista at the register was unbelievably attentive for the short amount of time we interacted and even found time to compliment my wallet.

I just wanted to give a shout out to a young lady named Alex at this location. She's probably the nicest batista I've ever encountered at a Starbucks! She was so friendly and welcoming. She didn't seem annoyed when i told her i wanted to try something different! She had recommendations right away and the drink she recommended was delicious. Thank you Alex!

LOVE this place. Boyfriend & I live super close to here and we walk here most mornings for coffee. The staff is super kind and we always feel really welcome here. The manager is a great guy as well and he’s always helping out throughout the store. And a big bonus because they always spoil our two dogs with pup cups.

Perfect location. I typically stay at the Brown Palace when in town for business. This Starbucks is just a block away. It's typically very packed but you can order on the Starbucks app in advance, and my drink is always ready when I walk in. Great service. Friendly staff. Consistently well made drinks.

Very nice Starbucks. Wonderful staff. There's no shortage of outlets for charging devices. Awesome environment whether you're meeting with others or need some time alone. Of course, the beverages and baked goods are outstanding!

This is quite arguably my favorite Starbucks to go to in the Downtown Denver area. The only and I repeat ONLY downside to this location is the insane rush that happens during the M-F work week between the hours of 7am to 9am as many of the working class professionals in the area are rushing during this time to get their coffee fix. While this is totally understandable, I would recommend putting an online order in on the Starbucks app to get timely service
or avoid coming in during this timeframe. Their order accuracy is on point, and their bathroom is very clean. All in all, five out of five!

They’re in one of the busiest areas downtown but the customer service couldn’t be better. Every time I’ve gone, they’ve been friendly and as quick as they can be. I asked about an ingredient for a new drink (due to my food restrictions) and the cashier checked to make sure it was what I was looking for. It was busy but she took the time to help me out. Really happy this location is across the street from work!

This place is very busy throughout the day, baristas generally have big smiles and remember many people and their orders. These guys are awesome. And if they don't get your order right, they will gladly fix it with a smile.

The staff at this location are courteous and quick. Especially Chase the barista. Ricky is also an amazing help. Word of wisdom do not come to this Starbucks in an urgency to use the restroom. The restroom is often held up for long times or broken. This is of no fault to the staff but a testament to their constant struggle with homeless sabatage.

The blonde girl working today at 7:20am was extremely nice! I come here all the time, and there are many great people here, but just thought the manager should know she was awesome! She didn't have a name tag, sorry!
