Eric and his team are fantastic! As many others have noted, this store stands in stark contrast to the terrible customer service offered at other locations. Even at the end of the day when they’ve been slammed with customers for hours, you are greeted warmly and provisionally — customer service 101 that other places have seen to forgotten. The store is always clean, parking is easy to find and the staff is always willing to talk through the best shipping options and other customer needs.

This review is based on the amazing and friendly customer service of Erin and the gentleman (sorry forget his name) what a fantastic pairing they are. Even during the busiest time of year they were helpful and went above and beyond to help everyone. Erin even stayed later to help the line out. They are rockstars!

After a bad experience at a UPS down the street I came directly to this one instead.

I’m 8 months pregnant and had two returns for big heavy packages, which were turned away at the other location because the tape “wasn’t sturdy enough” so they insisted I pay $5, with attitudes and no apologies.

When I came into this one, immediately staff offered to help me carry the boxes to the counter and greeted me so friendly. I brought in my roll of tape and said I’d try to tape it better but they said to not even worry about it they can tape whatever is needed. They were kind, and so quick and efficient.

I will only ever go to this UPS for now on. Thanks so much for your help today!

Very fast and friendly service! Chief waited on me and was a breath of fresh air in the service industry lately. I will go out of my way to use this location again.

I have done many things with the great people at this location. They have printed posters and documents, they have done notaries, they have packed and shipped many items for me.
I have read through the reviews and I understand that most of the negative reviews come from people who were probably having a bad day at the same time as the person they dealt with and were then completely non-understanding.
Everyone at this location has always gone out of their way to help me, to be not only courteous but friendly. I drive by several other UPS Stores in order to do my business with these folks; and I there are many other people who are consistently doing the same.
If you have had a bad experience, don't just whine about it online, go talk with them at the store. They will be pleased to help correct their mistakes and do whatever they can to help you with your needs.
These people truly care about the community in which they live and work!

Excellent Service!! I had to ship several Highly expensive fragile items. I do not live in Denver so i flew in loaded up what i needed to ship then looked for places near me to get the job done. FedEx was very unhelpful so i decided to drive down to the UPS store and see if they could help me out. From the moment i walked in Sandy was very friendly and helped me in every way she possibly could. I explained what i needed shipped via freight and she communicated with the owner Eric to take care of all the needs i had. Instead of having me take all the stuff back to the storage place they allowed me to leave it there so i wouldn't miss my plane the next day!!! I had several large items so it filled up a lot of the free space they had in the store just so i would be able to get out of Denver on time. They went above and beyond for me and my company. They also allowed me to call in with the address for the material to be delivered too because at the time i wasn't sure. They went out of their way when the didn't have to and i am highly appreciative of that. I have highly recommended them to my team whenever we have urgent needs shipping things out of Denver. A+++++ customer service and an A++++++ Owner of the establishment.

This store is GREAT!
The people here are far more competent, personable and ready to serve than ANY other UPS Store I have used. In fact, when I have needed notaries other store have said they would not do them and advised me to come to this store!

I've been to this The UPS Store several times, but when I needed to ship a laptop to my corporate office, didn't hesitate to trust the owner with getting it there. The charming, young man explained how the laptop would be packaged to guarantee that it would not be damaged and discussed options for shipping arrival. Within minutes after leaving, I received an email with the shipping and tracking information which put me at ease. I would trust this UPS store with any of my valuables; I will continue to use this store when I'm in south Denver for sure.

Fantastic customer service from owner, Eric! I brought in a complicated print order and Eric was patient with the request. He truly cared that the project looked as good as possible and went above and beyond in making sure I was happy with the results. He was prompt and communicative. I highly recommend this store for your printing needs!

With the new owner, Eric, this store is now a primary example of what a UPS Store should be! The employees go above and beyond to help in every way they can. I needed a poster printed and they were able to get the large printing done in a day at a reasonable price! I also shipped a small package through them and was happy with that service. The store is also very clean and everything looks new. So glad to see this turn around!

He made such a positive impression that later in the day when I needed to ship something again, I drove out of my way at least 20 minutes to return to this store--I highly recommend this UPS Store location! I have been in the customer service industry for more than 30 years and I can tell you Eric McKeeman (owner) has a very high standard he and his employees demonstrate. Recently I had an issue with UPS and Eric went out of his way to correct the matter. His communication throughout the process was terrific and saw the matter through to the end.
I want to thank Eric for his effort and would recommend his business to anyone.

I had the best customer service that I have ever received from any UPS store ever. I go there for shipping, passport photos, copying, office supplies, stamps, etc. Veteran-owned, too. Occasionally there is a very short wait but the staff makes up for the short wait with friendly professionalism. A+ service.

Great pricing and better service! Eric was extremely helpful and supportive to my project. Making marketing flyers is not something I have done 1,000 times, but he has and was willing to spend unlimited time to explain my options and make recommendations. He even helped me with formatting and design issues with my .psd file. It's nice having a print resource that knows Adobe products. Thanks again!
