Mr. Black and another young lady were helpful and patient with me to understand the product. I know it is the Era of technology, but I would rather have a face to face interaction to understand. I will be going in when I need for questions and thank you for everything you have done.

I was very upset when I went in and they were nice to me anyway. I probally was only there 15 minutes, but they fixed my phone, joked with me and I left thoroughly impressed and happy. Hope they forgive me for being so upset and for no good reason.

For my experience at Verizon. Very friendly workers there. Always willing to help and answer questions that you have. When busy it may take a little longer to be helped but when they get to you they do help you to there fullest.
