First of all , customer service is great! Karl was a pleasure to work with. He went out of his way to make sure that I bought what I was looking for. After I bought the item, they quickly had it wrapped and ready for transport. The establishment is nice and clean with measuring tapes abroad so you can make sure the item you are looking at will fit in the area of your home. The store is well laid out with plenty of selection. Because of this, me and my wife will be keeping our business here. Thank you Valley Furniture, for a great experience.

Always great customer service and quality! Rodrick consistently provides information, suggestions and answers to any questions we may have. Recently our couch had a tear and was out of warranty. With Rodrick’s help, we were able to have the tear repaired for a reasonable fee. I highly recommend Valley Furniture for all furnishing and appliances.

The associate was friendly and she knew the stores inventory, she gave us options and gave us an estimate of cost. We returned and placed our order. The delivery was on time and notified me by text and I was able to approve the delivery. I'm happy with their service.

I had an excellent buying experience with Valley Furniture. I bought two ranges from them, one gas and one induction. When I called looking for the specific models I wanted they had a floor model of the gas one available so I got that one for a discounted price. They had to order the induction range but the supplier had switched to a newer model after they ordered. Since my ranges will sit side by side I needed them to match so they ordered me a new gas range that would be the newer model just like the induction one and didn’t charge me any more for that!

They kept me updated throughout the ordering process and they were both delivered safely by friendly professional deliver guys.

Overall it was a great experience and I got exactly what I was looking for at a great price!

Huge selection of bedroom furniture in all price ranges. A knowledgeable
and friendly salesman met me at the door, listened to my needs and walked me right to what I asked for, while also offering several additional options. I was in and out in a few minutes and my items were available for immediate pick up or delivery.

These guys from start to finish was an absolute great experience! From telling them what we were looking for and finding it within 5 minutes of walking in the door to them delivering it even before we had scheduled ! They brought it inside so professionally, stood in our super hot house where AC wasn’t working yet, and never complained. They even found a pillow that got left behind on accident and reported it right away and we had it that day. It was a wonderful purchase and we are happy with our couch and the customer service.
