AT&T Store

Had one of our pets chew through my fiber optic cable for our Internet on a Saturday and I could not find anyone that sold a replacement locally but I went into the store and was told they do not keep any in stock either. The same gentleman told me he would look in the back to see if he had anything to help me, about 5 minutes later and he comes out with the exact cable I was looking for! Great customer service! Saved me from having to wait until Monday to get a replacement.

Ivan went above and beyond for my family. It's very rare to experience exceptional service out here in midland from my experiences. He even went to another store to pick up a phone for my son that wasn't in stock at their location. He was very patient and honest. I recommend Ivan to anyone.

The staff member that helped me did amazing she approached me the second I walked into the store answered all my questions she was very friendly and went above and above and beyond to go check for phone cases for me as well as helping me pick out a new phone definitely an amazing employee

Experience was great. There was a helpful associate, Cord, who answered all of my questions and handled my inability to understand the iPhone models and prices. Great store, at least when he is working.

All of the reps were assisting other customers when we got to the store. Despite being busy though, I couldn't have waited more than ten minutes - which was just enough time for me to browse phones without having to actually wait. All in all, I had a fantastic experience

I was having a problem with my phone and after a few attempts for help at the other store with no success and no one really caring, I went to this store and was lucky to have Nicole help me. She didn't brush me off and took a good amount of time working with my phone until she figured out the problem. I finally had the answer because of Nicole's determination. I was very satisfied with her knowledge. Thank you Nicole!

The wait time was short, no issue at all. All the reps were helping customers, still had some one greet people as they walked in and helped them get checked in, and as soon as a rep was available they helped us. Great service! Prefer MIDKIFF AT&T location over all the others in midland/Odessa area.

The young man that sold me my screen cover was very nice and very knowledgeable I wish places like this had more people like him it makes a whole lot of difference I wish I could remember his name but he was very nice and knowledgeable btw if it matters he was Hispanic

My first visit to this location Was a few weeks ago and Antoine was so helpful in answering my questions and correcting what was needed on-my phone.
Yesterday we stopped in to ask a question and Antoine helped resolve it. However, we started to look at new phones and I decided to upgrade. The fact that he was so patient and not Being pushy about extras was why we stayed and purchased there.
It seems that all the staff was very helpful with customers. We will continue to use this location as it was a great purchasing experience.

I believe it was the manager that helped us, a gentleman around 45 yrs of age. We had a great time talking with him and he made our whole experience enjoyable. He was very knowledgeable and answered every question we had. Great experience 👍🏼 I love AT&T 🙌🏼
