Spectrum Store

A worker named Chris helped me while I was there, he has helped me several times, while he was helping me he was also helping another customer. He’s awesome, thanks Chris!

Went into the store today to apply for internet. Within 30 minutes I headed home with needed equipment. Took me about 30 minutes to install and upload. Samantha was so friendly and easy to work with.

Pick up a new remote if your old one doesn’t work after trying reboot, or new batteries. Friendly and fast, these people are experts with new product set up answer your questions. They are awesome!

Spectrum by far is the best service I've had. Not the cheapest, but the most reliable for sure! The store is most always busy when I go, but the staff are helpful and friendly.

I think this store is the nicest cable/phone store I've ever been in. The employees were all very friendly and professional. I am not all that techno savvy but Cindy was very patient and didn't make me feel dumb. The phone I decided on was not in stock so she is going to let me know when it comes in. I look forward to becoming a Spectrum phone and cable customer.

When you go into the office all the workers are really nice and trys to help with any problems you may have

While dealing with larger corporations can be difficult @ times, the staff at the local office are very accommodating and wonderful. Every technician that has been to our house and offices over the years have been wonderful as well.

Spectrum has a great customer service operators. Very friendly and quick to answer any questions you might have regarding service with them. Also, their package plans just about cannot be beat.
