Great store and customer service. Staff took time to review current plan and register for a new plan that will save a substantial amount of money. Store usually has items in stock.

Love this store! It has a beautiful lay out and great customer service. I stopped in to upgrade my phone at the end of a really long day and was helped by Jonas and Matthew who were courteous and patient with expert knowledge of their products. Their good sense of humor didn’t go unappreciated either! This will definitely be our go to AT&T store from now on. A big thank you to all!

Amazing service! I had been dealing with a billing issue and not getting the help I needed via phone or chat. I decided to stop in here on the way home and I'm glad I did! Wonderful staff, shout out to Eboni and Westley for understanding and working with me for a complete 100% resolve! Best service I've had in a really long time! They know how to treat their customers and friendly banter while they worked.

Absolutely fantastic experience getting a seven month billing error on my Direct TV account resolved!!!! Alfredo spent over an hour explaining the situation to the loyalty reps and now I’m assured I will not be charged for HBO on my account. He went beyond expectations to solve my problem and did it in a very professional and courteous manner. Thank you again, Alfredo!!!!

My husband and I went to this new location this morning and had excellent service from Alfredo. He knew exactly what we were looking for and helped us with that. Also, it was refreshing to not have multiple services pushed on us! We will definitely be going back if/when the need arises.

Stopped in to change phone numbers for my two phones. There was no wait whatsoever. We were assisted right away by a representative and were in and out in a few minutes. The representative even managed to waive any fees associated with changing of the numbers but I have a feeling it was due to me being a long time customer. Will be back to the location if I need anything else.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD AT ANY AT&T LOCATION EVER! The manager Eboni is so upbeat and caring. The rest of the staff has always been so fantastic and full of great energy! I’d be lost without this store!

My go to store when ATT or Directv dont play nice and I dont want to talk to a foreigner on the phone. They have helped me and family every time and fixed many issues that were near impossible other wise.

Everett was knowledgeable about all the products, informing me of new options while not being pushy about my choices. One of the best experiences I have had as an ATT customer.
