got keys made in ~3 min from a very nice lady working here! very organized store with incredibly helpful staff. though it’s a bit of a smaller ACE, it gets the job done.

bonus points for the cleanliness of the floor and everything else.

Great little hardware store that is close to home! While they don't have the selection of the big box home improvement stores, they have very helpful, very knowledgeable staff who go out of their way to help you find what you need. Unless I need lumber or a specialty item, Ace Hardware is my go-to stop for hardware, paint, or electrical components.

The big box stores don't provide the personalized care like you get at these smaller places.

I was trying to find the right part for something on my Jeep. The gentleman that greeted me came out to my rig, looked at what I needed, then brought out a variety of tools to find the perfect fit.

Yeah, you don't find that level of service at a big box store.

Been several occasions when they’ve carried specialty items I couldn’t find at other stores. The employees are very helpful, definitely would recommend.

Was having a hard time getting a screw out my PS5. Evidently I stripped it however, this worker Carter and another worker there were patient and helped me a ton eventually find a solution to my problem and now I have my PS5 up and working perfectly again. So thankful for them and the rest of the amazing staff there.

Alright I love this Ace. The employees here are of course helpful and knowledgeable. My two-year-old LOVES their mini shopping carts - I wish more stores had those. Great place to get some help finding the right part for a small project. They also did a great job color matching some paint for me. I always enjoy the local things they sell and fun Knick-knacks you can find there.

They had hats just when I needed one. They also have a lot of self care and other home items you wouldn't expect in a hardware store. Employees were very helpful when I was looking for things

Just transferred from overseas and needed some help with holes for military temp plates. The guys on duty were super helpful and welcoming. Will be my go to hardware store while we’re here.

I had a Stihl chainsaw that needed attention. Matt is the absolute best at what he does...he did some troubleshooting and discovered that the canned gas that I bought at Lowes was bad -- even though I bought it a week before. Matt cleaned the carb and put some Stihl gas in and it started right up. He also gave me pointers on how to easily start the Stihl MS 171 chainsaw. His insights were invaluable and now, I can start the unit easily and it runs great!! Thank you Matt for a job well done.

We LOVE our neighborhood ACE store! We have always received attention and Superior Customer Service. During our most previous experience at ACE on Voyager - Matt provided much needed help with our project. I also want to brag about Debbie, she was the sweetest and most welcoming person in the garden area. Matt and Debbie bend over backwards to assist and educate customers.
This type of service is hard to find these days.

There is nothing like a good hardware store to find what you need. If I ask for something I've always found the group at this location was very helpful. If I don't ask I can spend time looking around and just gather things that I need at my own pace. The place is well stocked and it's so much better than going to Home Depot. The prices may be a little higher on some items but not all. It's well worth the extra few dollars when everything is within reach. I'll will continue to support my local hardware store. Matt is probably the best sthil tech in these here lands, His knowledge is far superior to even the sthil inventors. He’s the man when it comes to chain saws! I wouldn’t take my saws anywhere else! Get with Matt to get your stuff fixed

What a great addition to the local area. This is a great store with very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. While certainly not as large as a Home Depot they definitely have the basics covered. Prices are fair and it is not uncommon to get a great deal. This location also refills propane and to have that service locally is a big win!

Great customer service! Very friendly and helpful staff. If you need any kind of hardware (bolts, nuts, washers, etc) this is the place tog go. A larger selection than the other chain stores. I will definitely be back!

The good old fashioned hardware store! It is cool how they even use old wood flooring in the nut and bolt department just like the old hardware stores. Always have friendly courteous and very helpful staff available to answer virtually question you have and help you find that exact size and type but, bolt, screw or nail!

I want to comment one of your store employees for outstanding customer service! Derek did not only help me find the item I was looking for, he also showed the upmost professionalism and care for his customers well being! I witnessed a male customer requesting for Derek not to serve him because Derek wore a protective facial mask. This customer requested to be served by a "NON-masked" store employee. Derek immediately brought in a "NON-masked" employee and with this he was able to help me. I applaud and appreachiate Derek for making sure he protects his customers, no matter if they are vaccinated or non-vaccinated, wearing a mask and with this prevents the spread of the virus as NONE of us is exempt from possibly carrying the SARS2 virus or are infected with it. The staff at this store are super friendly and knowledgeable. I always chose Ace over the big box stores and the staff at Ace are way more helpful. Plus, for me the location is more convenient. The store may not be as big as HD or Lowes but they always have what I need and expect from a hardware store.
